What a load of garbage, the bloke pays his 200 dollars (or whatever amount) to his club per year, if he pays the money he can do whatever he likes with the membership card. You sound like an elitest moron with your membership is a privilege not a right crap.
As long as the club gets their money, they couldn't care less if it's torn up etc.
I agree. The only time "membership is a privilege" even remotely comes into it, is where there's a limit and waiting list (no, I'm not trying to make a special case for Adelaide :p I'm just saying that's the only situation where you could argue that someone might be a tosser who's taking a place that a "real" supporter could have).

Forget it was a Richmond supporter (if we can) - any member of any club is entitled to throw their membership ticket as a show of disgust at the way the team has performed - I don't like it personally, and I'd never do it, but -

It does not justify some clown of a boundary rider reading the guy's name out on air, nor does it justify the club banning him. In fact it especially doesn't justify Larkins' action - if I were Channel Nine management I'd give him a yellow card for that.

Cheap shot at the indefenceable at best - gutter journalism at worst. And the bloke is a doctor !!!!

Would hate to think what he does with his ex patients records.

Disagree. IMHO, If you are going to act like a fool you deserve to be embarassed like one!

Acting like a fool - yes he was. That does not justify a "journalist" picking up their membership card and reading out their name on national television.

You obviously have very low standards of what you expect from the media.

He was obviously trying to attract attention by doing what he did. Larkin gave him a bit more than he was craving
