WC aside, have Collingwood been that impressive? Every week some plonker cracks a fat about how well they're playing and how they're the ones to challenge Richmond. Who have they beaten?

Have we been impressive? Very much so. Have we been impressive enough to be talked up as genuine grand final/premiership threats? No, not if you ask me.

To be frank there’s been a fair bit of embarrassing commentary around Collingwood and how far we could go, not only by supporters but by plenty of media outlets and personalities also. Not saying I don’t think our best footy couldn’t compete with the better sides but so far that’s largely unproven. The last part of the season is going to tell the story.
