Hardie not even an emergency.

Well kudos to match committee for backing in experienced players. I hope they know what they’re doing.

Duncan named as one of the followers ……..can’t see that happening.

Hearing Stewart will spend more time midfield to find some touch and break the heavy tag. That might have cooked Hardies chances?

Highly doubt Stewart has anything to do with Hardie.
I’m also expecting Stewart to be backed in to be at his best against the tigers

If we play Stewart in the Midfield, we might as well play Brad Close in the ruck..

The Chris Scott School of Coaching!!!

Trainer: Tommy Hawkins has pulled a hammy at training

CS: Thats ok we have Brandon Parfitt to fill that void

Trainer: Rhys Stanley Is Also Injured

CS: Thats ok we have Mark O’Connor to fill that void

Should have done Hardie a solid and delisted him before the mid-season draft.
That would imply he'd be getting games somewhere else.

He's still on an AFL salary playing footy every week, I'd certainly take that over cents on the dollar at WWT

The reality is he's turning 27, and can't crack a debut at a midfield full of kids and role players.

Maybe, just maybe, he's not actually that crash hot? and the coaches who watch him all week have a better idea than we do?

Some very lucky boys in that side (neale rohan mullin and tuohy mainly) and some very unlucky ones (hardie and mannagh).

We should beat richmond anyway but it doesnt make much sense.

Be warned if you're planning to head down to the game, there seems to be some issues with comms from the club regarding ticketing. The game has been upgraded to fully ticketed, but there is no free upgrade for members, so you have to pay extra to go now. They haven't made standing room available, and won't until Thursday, where it's first in best dressed, but there may be "limited" availability for scan in on your membership into the standing area on Saturday...
I bough GA standing room tix a month ago surely can’t be denied entry..?

Too slow and too tall...so lets double down on that i guess.

I just dont understand what we are doing here? Where is the improvement going to come from in the area we need to improve, what do the MC expect this to be?

I doubt he plays at all.

He can't even attempt to kill Dion Prestia at the demand of supreme leader Steve Hocking anymore.

Anyway, that's what I heard on SEN from a Richmond supporter. Watch this space.

Little interest in this game. Cats likely get a soft kill but it won’t tell us much.

For those playing at home - is this the first time two ruckman named Toby have ever lined up against each other?

That’s the extent of my interest

I’ll tell you right now that there is no such thing as a soft kill for the cats, can guarantee that if Richmond play like they did last week we will lose, dont be surprised to see us 4 goals down at half time our form has been that putrid (close results mean crap all)

We seem way too top heavy in the forward line, considering it’s likely damp heavy conditions…

Neale likely retained his spot due to the Blicavs suspension

I'm looking forward to how we actually set up across the game

That sounds like a question for Swampy

A stench of desperation surrounds those selections.
Come on. Desperation would be mass changes of untried players. This is literally the most steady of selection that could be made.
