Yep he gave us plenty on the wing and that was an absolute dog act on the little champ.

Back then, I rarely, if ever, swore around my parents. When that happened, I was watching the game on the couch with my dad, and I accidentally dropped the f-bomb and the c-bomb consecutively. It was an immediate reaction, and I didn't have time to stop myself from saying it. As soon as the words came out of my mouth, I looked out of the corner of my eye to my dad, waiting for him to tell me off. My dad didn't even say a single word. That was his way of agreeing with me.

What a great little snapshot, I feel like I was in the room with you after reading that.

not sad, exhilarating!.........sort of.........relatively..........well...........not that great I guess.............quite sad really..........
Sad really. I remember a time when if my team was still in finals but not a serious contender, like 1984, I thought it was a really shit season by us.
My first eleven seasons of following my club we were in the top five. Now some of our fans think it is great if we just get out of the bottom four.
I remember in early 80's I felt sorry for Demons, Dogs and Saints as it seemed like they would never been anything but cellar dwellars in bottom four.
We had become like the 2000's version of them as a club in recent decades. A generation of our fans are not used to being anything but near the bottom. Hope it changes....

We'll be asking a lot from Cripps tonight and if Cripps somehow doesn't do what he does most weeks, I see the backline being under siege.
Feeling a little concerned for their mosquito midfield fleet; Shiel, Merrett, Smith, McGrath and Parish.
Good thing we have Pittonet in good form though. Could make for quite a difference.

Interested in Philp of course, but also how Murphy is to be employed.
Expecting more from JSilvagni, given the extra responsibility

Come on baggers!! Let’s go 2-2 and really put ourselves in a good position to be right in the fight for a top 8 spot!
I think we need to start off how we were set up last week in the midfield, I’d start with cripps, Ed and Martin in there and also giving gibbons plenty of minutes through the middle as well. Casboult/gov/sos/cunners and betts is still a handy forward line. Get the ball in quickly and they will cause issues
