Preview Round 1 2022- Hawks v Roos MCG - Sunday March 20- 1.10pm

Got the ticket for Sunday sorted out. Top bloke at the club( he barracks for the hawks but we will change that) spent quite a deal of time dealing with a dinosaur for the second time this week. It's hard when you are suspicious you are the most incompetent person he has to deal with for the week. I will thank him at the match as he will be at the tent.

Will pay someone at work to type me out a list(word) of the entire squad, but thanks for all who tried to help.

I will post my printable, changeable list.

Know the Dacois family, a lovely family, so tonight I want the saints to win but the Dacois boys to make 100s.

We all know Nobes wouldn't lose sleep over BF posts on team selection but perhaps before we melt on Powell missing we consider that maybe: Polac is injured and Nobes is foxing, or Powell has a niggle... or 1000 other possibilities. That's why Nobes got the job and we're just passionate supporters

At the moment he is in the emergencies - meaning he is fit AND not in the best 22 we have at the NMFC.

As supporters of a struggling club on the field with a stated emphasis on rebuilding through youth the question has to be asked by us and answered by the club - why isn't one of our best kids playing after he has put in a solid block of work during pre season and we have all seen what he could do on the field last year.

We are not a top 4 side that can afford to be dropping good kids because we have 5 more in the VFL - we have been the worst side in it over the past 4 years and we need to be developing kids with clear talent. Something is wrong here and we need answers.

Perhaps the match committee have selected a side they think will give us the best chance of winning. Building a winning culture is an important aspect for a rebuilding side
