Correct no one criticises the player who is the sub before he comes on.

I have on many occasions praised hill’s work off the field and ability to be a glue guy.

Battle will get some decent offers. There's a few clubs into him and FA, no trade factor will drive up the price. He's having a very good season, players like him are in demand.
