Trew sub was the right decision imo.

We can't get rid of Tim Kelly 28 possesion and replace with 12 possesion from Trew.

That's being a man short

Screw it, I'm keeping Eagles as my tip.

Yeo to have 24 plus disposals and a goal.

Sheed and Chesser to chime in with a goal each.

The Williams brothers to combine for 5

Ozzie with the all time GOAT flight. Flew for way too long, Karl and the handler getting so stressed, finally came down, landed on the footy, took off again and is now loose in the stadium. Didn’t return to the handler.

WE’RE ****ING WINNING THIS

It makes perfect nonsense, I like the reverse invert backflip psychology behind it, it works for me! Go the buzzards!

Seriously though Simmo and the selection committee are f*cked in the head. Even if we win playing Sheed + Gaff as starters, dicking about with Waterman until an hour before bouncedown, and making Trew the sub (when you know he aint coming on until halfway through the last quarter) is just the height of dumb.

What are they even trying to prove? That we can win games with guys who wont be around for the next premiership tilt and are talking spots and development games from the youth?
Playing both Gaff and Sheed is actually a sensible player development strategy.

Getting the young blokes playing with a 2 player handicap on the field will accelerate their growth over the long term - similar to training with a weighted backpack for a marathon.

Same reason he doesn't bring in the sub with fresh legs until the last 10 minutes of the match.
