I feel like there is some good/decent youth there on our list to build a foundation off but for whatever reason, this complete loser of a coaching team love to back in senior players always and **** up youth development/not reward youth.

The choice is:

1: We play bog average senior players and know what they're are going to provide and that they're not going to improve.

Or

2: We play some kids, who will offer about the same as the above (minimum), but could offer more whilst getting some development.

And we always go for option 1 coz "you can't go too far the other way", "we need experience out there" (whilst we continue to show nothing and lose).

We have been doing this for the past 5 years whilst deluding themselves into thinking they're still a chance to win a flag, then at the very least win games.

We are no good, they need to accept this and give some kids a game for ****s sake.

One really good thing Woosha did in our last full rebuild was that he gave youth preference over certain seniors at all costs and constantly spoke about getting the youth to 50-60 games as quickly as possible for them to perform consistently/to see if they are cut out at this level. This helped fast tracked the rebuild.

We need a new coach to come in and do exactly that or else we will be stuck in this endless loop of shitness.
