The point is we don't want to run him to the ground like we did for example with Swallow early in his career.

How many first-year players played 23 games in the middle? Rowell tried and ended up with 2 serious injuries.

As Dimma said we will watch carefully markers, indicators how academy draftees cope with load and will be managed accordingly.

FWIW, Graham slowed down significantly in his last 2 AFL games (played 5 games in a row).
