Firstly we need the Swans to win, to reiterate that the Hawks are rebuilding and that Reeves is the future, not Ceg.

Also if Hickey can start dominating, yep, that would be handy.

You could be right, but they obviously wanted him to play today. Ceglar is not the future, no matter how well he does today. Someone else might get injured and Ceglar plays as a forward? No point stressing yet.
