Here’s my current bye structure 😢:
Rd12:
NM - Ziebell, Hall.
GWS - Taranto.
HAW - Impey.
GC - (Fyfe).
P.A -
GEE -

Rd 13:
W.B - Daniel, Macrae.
B.L - Madden, (Sharp)
CARL - Docherty, Walsh.
ESS - Ridley, Merrett.

Rd 14:
ADE - Laird
WCE -
RIC - Short, Martin, CCJ, RCD.
STK - Highmore, Byrnes.
SYD - Heeney, Lloyd.
COL - Poulter, Bianco, (Grundy & Macrae).
FRE - Fyfe.
MEL - Gawn, May, Jordan.

Bank = $378,000 +
Rd 13 out: RCD, Highmore, Jordan = ~$1,144,000.
Rd 13 in: Reeves, Kelly, Boak = $1,221,000. 😫

I could bring in Rd 13 bye players (Cripps, Neale?) as I’ll already have enough coverage...

****** for Rd 14 so need to start trading out Rd 14 players

Flynn --> Reeves
Highmore --> Whit
Berry --> JKelly

Backline "complete": Whit, Helmet, Ridley, May, Harmes, Short....Will most definitely have to get Lloyd/Mills for one of these frauds

Midfield "complete": Oliver, Crae, Steele, Laird, Zerrett, Taranto, Cripps, JKelly.

Rucks complete: Grundy, Gawn

Forwards not complete: Hall, Ziebell, Dusty, Heeney, Weightman, SP CCJ.

Me too gotta move out R14 players so HIghmore Murphy and RCD all gone this week.

Need 1 defender and 2 mids or 2 defenders 1 mid thanks to DPP.
Bianco and 2 of Duncan/Jelly/Hopper/Boak plus Whitfield/Houston. The other option is i can flick Madden/Bianco around and ger Hawkins as my 2nd premo which is risky but tempting me.

Was set on getting CCJ in Round 14 & now this shift to Rd 13 is going to stuff my plans.

To get Boak & Whitfield next round I'm pretty sure I needed to turn RCD into a 102k rookie.

Might have to wait a week on Boak and grab an F6 instead.

Do you reckon Port will rest Boak at some point?

I’m winging it through these byes. An absolute waste of my time to plan with so many variables in play (injury/suspension/COVID). All I know is I’m bringing in Whitfield Bianco CCJ. For whom? Not sure yet.

Rd14. Probably fooked. Whatever.

FARQ THE BYES

Going to be aggressive, making up for R14 players as well as starting to bet against players.

Was set on maybe doing something with Grundy, but think Zorko has given up an interesting opportunity.

220k in the bank atm.

Warner > Reeves = 400k bank.
RCD > Whitfield = 150k bank

Gives me 14 for R14, which is where the fun starts.

Zorko > Langford = 300k bank
Byrnes > Merrett/Walsh = Bank gone.

16 playing for R14. Will try to add in some kind of rookie for Highmore (could be def/mid/fwd) to get to 17.

Whitfield & Reeves - so who isn't going to trades these players in?
Nobody. Very boring unfortunately. With the injury chaos up forward limiting our options, the same 2 rucks and several must-haves down back and in the middle, all our teams are looking the same. Need POD's to make up ground now.

No Whitfield as an anti-pod would be a big call, hoping that history repeats itself

Gonna roughie Zorko back in after his suspension?

Nope.

I'm betting on him reverting back to a 100-105 type with Neale back in the team. Less CBA's, more forward time and hopefully a drop in form after his hot streak.

It's risky, but a chance I'm willing to take.

Langford at 95 for the rest of the season in my team = 950 points
Zorko at 105 for the rest of the season in my team = 950 points

So in that scenario I don't lose any points, and the extra 150k becomes invaluable.

Betting on Langford is again a risk, but the past month he's been their #3 CBA guy and the McGrath injury should cement that.

Normally you'd have to factor in the points of a rookie replacement for the player you're trading out, but considering there is no replacement in my team and it would be a donut, the math is fairly straight forward.

Langford will be about 480k now?
