I'm back kenties

giphy.gif

Welcome back Champ :thumbsu:

I hate Sydney and their congested defensive shit.
The game in round 1 on a normal sized oval was a much better spectacle and better for everyones SC score.

Now that he is back, modz please ban this kentleman campaigner :moustache:

But he’s dropped $70k and has that 50 in his next 2 games after he finally plays .... might be better to trade out and back in later at an el cheap price ..... if you have the trades ????

I have 8 left so if he is out, I'm assuming I won't get him back. I may sideways to him if one of my other mid premos is injured/suspended but not assuming this will happen.

I'm in the same boat. Want to get Ahern in but those on byes (Phillips, Austin) aren't ready to cull. T.Smith doesn't give a return. Spargos likely already playing and Guelfi/Richards still have some mooing to do. Tough decisions.

Yeah I'm in limbo land too. I've got Austin, Rice Rice Bailey (thanks Gutsroy) and ZGL who still have coin to make.

I've also got Lurphy, Sale of the Century Phillips, Mutch Ado about Nothing & TSmith doing stuff all on the pine.

Even if I dump the two most expensive of those rookies the best upgrade I can bring in is Wingard and he has absolutely burnt me int he past. I'd rather wait TBH but I would really like to get Ahern in if named.

Decisions Decisions

Dusty to Macrae, if continues to stink it up, in a few weeks ?

Your thoughts on Redman's JS ?
Please hold

Edit - He's probably in the team for Ambrose. So considering he's 1-2 weeks away, i'd say shaky.
Then again, we could shit the bed big time over the next 2 weeks then it could be play the kids mode *shrug*

Wingard v Westhoff ? ..........who would Coaches believe will have the better scoring from here ? .........Wingard hopefully playing mid minutes, Westhoff surely playing that 2nd ruck role ?

Westhoff's Best SC Average over his career (minus 2018) is 89 ......but is rucking more to take the weight off the "hobbled" Ryder ?
upload_2018-6-19_13-20-29.png

Wingard however has 3 of his last 6 seasons, averaging in the mid 90's ?

A bit late, like me, but get on the Wingard train. I'm not too sure how the historival stats take into account more mid minutes
Also, you dont like KPP, Westoff is more KPP than ruck - isnt he?

Westhoff has been more that utility than a KPP .....played a lot on the wing / HFF due to his pace for a big guy .....definitely wouldn't classify him as a KPP

You're reading the wrong column my friend.

Westhoff's last 5 seasons were 98, 91, 94, 85, 87 and then 102 this year.

Brothers..... keen to get some guidance here. Im looking at a coupe of scenarios.

10 trades left. $236,800 in the bank

thinking this week either;

Doedee > T.Mac. Sit on Holman for a week and gauge who of the bubble boys is best (Smith v Redman) Go SP mid next week (Kelly, Danger etc )

or save a trade, cheap out a little and go

Doedee > Hurley , Holman > Wines.

Would leave my team done with JJK the concern Tribe.png

Always better to go the rolled-gold option I feel. They're more expensive for a reason, as there's far less risk in putrid scoring and they'll average more for the rest of the season. So T Mac and Kelly I think is a much better option.

**** it....playing the long game & holding Macrae.

In the meantime...

Austin >> Redman
Touk >> the keg on legs
Spargo >> the Chad

Chads gonna cover Jackson while he nurses the hammy, then roll back into F6 where Taranto >> T Mac >> move into backline via some dpp spud rook who can rot on the pine.

Will have 4 luxuries for rest of year.

Sorted!! Ya Kents!!

Trades finally sorted kentys.

Ronke > Ahern via Heeney
Doedee > McDonald

Next week -

Fritsch > Redman/J.Smith via McDonald
Holman > Neale

Team complete with 4 trades left and $200,000 odd in the kitty.

Enough cash to make one more luxury upgrade somewhere later on like > Nank > S.Martin/Grundy, Guelfi > Buddy or Austin > Lloyd.

Thanks to the bigfooty brains trust for helping me out with my trading dilemma.

Cheers fellas. :moustache::thumbsu:

How many does that give you this week?

Okay so here's my team after the following trades:
Austin> Smith Via DPP wizardry
Ronke> JDG
Tuk Tuk> Rocky.

Was tossing up between Neale and Jelly but have decided to go Neale. Have $193k to turn Holman into Neale next week. As long as Holman scores more than 45 that will be enough. Team complete next week with 3 trades left. Cole to cover Def, and plenty of DPP and cover options elsewhere (apart from ruck). Fritsch becomes F7.

Nank to Grundy & Spargo down to J. Smith (as a Dees fan I'm happy with his JS). Leaves me ready for an upgrade to a final MID premo after the byes finish. Then I just have 1 FWD and 2 DEF premos left to upgrade for. Then to hold trades pending injuries/drops in form/etc.

Don't go Doedee to Hurley .........Yes go Doedee to McDonald the #1 ave DEF

Have a good think about Holman to Rocky ......Holman rarely throws to high scores on consecutive weeks ......a 55 is on the cards
