Hey you old timers in a SC sense are the injuries worse than last year or can you remember a worse year?
From what I can see, people are blaming their poor decision making on injuries as much as last year.

"It's carnage! Carnage!" :drunk:

Welcome to the sc board.

Great 1st post here with no prior knowledge of jack shit

Before today I was set on Dmac > Smith + Dumont > Steele, but after Smith spudding it up and Sloane getting injured I will have to reconsider. I'm probably going to go Dumont > Steele this week instead, which allows me to do Sloane > Yeo and Lonie > Boomer.

Leaves me with 6 trades, approx. 10k and team:

Def: Hodge, Shaw, Docherty, Newnes, Hibberd, Oxley (Hamling, McKenzie)
Mid: Fyfe, Pendlebury, Dangerfield, Lewis, Jack, Treloar, Wallis, Yeo (Steele, Neal-Bullen, Lambert)
Ruck: Goldstein, Naitanui
Fwd: Martin, Gray, Franklin, Boomer, Rioli, S.Edwards (Bontempelli, Dale)

Bont becomes the 23rd man, can fill in for any injuries except in the ruck. He can also be loopholed with Oxley, Oxley goes E, if he goes well McKenzie onto the ground and if he goes poorly Yeo to defence, Bont to mids.

Have 7 trades left and need to deal with Sloane.
Choices are:
Sloane > Rocky (if playing)
Sloane > Gawn (via Gray/Martin/Swan)
Sloane > any defender ~$500k (via Hodge)
Thoughts?
