rocker_oz33 we might need to ALF a few of these larrikans if they start floating stuff that's too loose

Long > Thomas I'm pretty set on.

Mitchell > Melican will be strongly considered, but I think then downgrading and getting Sinclair the week after would then be the play, which would mean I'm paying $170k to have Melican on-field for two weeks, which is pretty gross.

Currently 20 green dots this week, but would like some cash to work with next week.

Not risking TT or Yeo next week. Mitchell, Weddle and JVR to Serong, Sinclair and Mullen. Next week Atkins, Sheezel and Ford to Dawson, D Cameron and Harrison to complete my team for the time being. 6 trades remaining and will upgrade Day, Keays and possibly Steele come finals.

Downgrades aren't very inspiring this week are they?

I'll take Mullin if he's named and cross my fingers he lasts two weeks, but if not I suppose Windhagger should have pretty good JS?

Windy leaves me with enough to get Tom Atkins to $597k. So then it's Neale vs Brayshaw vs Rowell (probably not as I already have Anderson).

Don't love any of those tbh.

FWIW, I think Melican has better JS than Sheldrick at this stage.

Once Mills and Parker come back, he'll be competing with those 2, Gulden, Warner, Rowbottom, and Papley for time in the mids. Not sure he has another position at the moment either - though I wouldn't mind him playing Clarke's role.

Once T. McCartin is back, Melican is competing with Francis, and mid-season draftee Arnold, who admittedly looks very good, for the 3rd tall position. The main concern here is that Francis played on King, which was a massive tactical blunder, but also might suggest they have him ahead.

14 premos, 4 rookies for round 14 before trades.
How’s that compare to you blokes?
13 premos, Thomas, Humphrey, Ashcroft, Atkins, and presumably the best score out of Cincotta, Johnson, and Ford for me.

Unfortunately Steele is one of those premos.

Angwin -> Maric

Cincotta -> ??
Need midfield rookie
I'm liking the idea of going early on Maric. For me it would be Pedlar (maxxed out) to Maric then Weddle to anyone under $544k.

Don't need Maric this week but I do next week, and am intending to get Harrison and Darcy Cameron

Looking ahead to round 15 I reckon Wardlaw and Ford will be too early to cull so I'll be struggling to find bye players to trade.

Might just have to tank r15 especially given I'll have JDG on the pine and possibly Sicily too

I’ve just realised I’ve got 8 forwards playing next weekend and no real way to move any 😔

Yep, me too. 8 of 16 on 1 line FFS.

We have to find a way to make it 7 & (for me) Sturt can either be looped with Ford or just rot on the bench.

A DEF or MID traded to Maric may have to be the move.

Trades: not wanting to break up my dream back 6 (aside from Day) by moving on Sicily. Fingers crossed for his case to be overturned
Three or less and I'm holding, as I've only got 8 trades left and three rookies on field. Gotta concentrate on upgrades

Means I'll have the two bad boys on my bench De Goey and Sicily :eek:

So, with 14 trades, a boost and $141k in the bank I can make am aggressive trade this week and I'd love input on it.

I love it. Need to be told if it's true love or just nuts.

Sheezel, Weddle, Brockman and Cincotta
For
L.Ryan, T.Thomas, Coniglio and Melican

Leaves me with 10 trades and only 1, possibly two spots left to upgrade.
Nice cash gen developing on the bench for those final trades as well.
