I need 40 from Petracca to win and go 1st in my cash league (playing the guy who's 1st currently). I have Menadue's 50 on the bench and I'm planning to loophole his score. Have I missed anything? Just want to make sure...
Is the question if you will pick up Mena score or not?
You definitely get (as onfield and played) Kerridge, Deledio, Martin, Montagna, Hall = 5 FWD scores. You have Trac on field, so get his tmrw, making the 6 maximum eligible scores for FWD line to go into top 18 scores.
If Mena is FWD reserve, his score can't get a chance to count toward your total from FWD line in that case, the 6 slots are filled with active players.
Or do you want to ensure you get Mena guaranteed 50? If so, could put Wells on field for Trac and trigger Mena 50.
Hope I understood your question right

Nah I actually was going hanners c but had it on doc to not show my cards and busy moving house I forgot and went to do it but too late by 1 minute. So had the option to trade kerridge to Pendles and had it ready to confirm trade but couldn't pull the trigger. Only 10 trades left so want to save em Should have got him in hindsight. So went doc C.fail. I was hoping Pendles would be cheaper next week and kerridge stay around the same. Fail

If it makes you feel better I've looked at this guys team again and he TRADED Pendles out for Jack SOS.

Well, I joined this site to heartily boast about my achievements in Supercoach.

Unfortunately, this week was less then stellar. Barring Jack Trengove's late inclusion, I'm all done with a paltry score of 1642/17/Pendlebury. I brought in Montagna over Hannebery for Barlow (hoping I'd have enough to straight swap Cox and Hannebery next week.) Now it looks like I'll miss out on being able trade Cox to Hannebery in a single swoop, and I lost out on 53 points, which would have made my score a little better.
Well, kudos to you for at least coming back. :thumbsu:

But I hate those smug pricks who come on here just to brag about a score. So eat a dick. :p

Oh, don't you worry about a thing. When I have my next marvelous score, I'll certainly be back to these here parts.

That's the one good thing about being an SC shittruck, don't need to worry about being perceived as a smug prick when posting scores, the scores rule that possibility out from the word go.
#noambiguitythere

Just looked at the St Kilda scores, are they the worst ever? Newnes with 96 was the top score and the only player to score over 80.

I guess my question is, if I take Menadue's score (by putting Wells on field), have I done my calculations correctly to ensure I've got the win?

Might work a bit like the squiggle.
St Kilda lost to Gold Coast after beating the premiership favourites.

The CD algorithm went to town on their scores.

Coming on to lament about your terrible week is also encouraged too!
1174/14, with Doch, Kerridge and Phillips barely making Pendles score combined. Absolutely putrid, captain Sloane, Laird, Gawn and Petracca to come tomorrow. 1700 is all I can hope for, 1800 would be a miracle.

Shit if you're aiming for that im getting 2200!!! Same to come tomorrow. Sticking with Sloane C or tempted by Maxy?

Currently on 1544 assuming Phillips's 28 drops out with 19 playing. I've got Sloane, Laird, Gawn and Petracca to go. I VCed Priddus, so do I take the 122 captain's score or roll the dice on Sloane?

Take it, not a lot to gain there with Sloane. As good as he is he won't go Danger or Ablett big and knock out 170. More likely 110-120.

Always tempted by Maxy but the big sauce might rain on his parade. Every time I've made a last minute change this year it's backfired so I'm not going to touch my team. Case in point, changing VC off Danger the week he got 229, 10 minutes before the game.

I'm keen to get into the top 1000 by the end of the year (currently just outside 2k) but I'm playing the bottom team in my cashie who hasn't touched his team in weeks, I've already beaten his score. Currently sitting on top at 10-2 so don't want to waste trades. Hoping not to drop below 5k after this week :-/

Ok, got you now.
Opponent 1,726+94+116 projected = 1,936 -28 (Phillips drops out) = 1,908

You = 1,687 + 94 + 116 + 81 + 69 = 2,047 - 28 - 55 = 1,964

Assume Trengove doesn't play and you lock in Menadue, you get
1,687 + 94 + 116 + 50 = 1,947 - 28 (only one score drops out)= 1,919

The 94 and 116 are variable, but you both get the same score, you both get Phillips 28 drop out (or theoretically one of Gawn / Laird if disaster strikes) and you lock in Mena 50, so you win by 11 for mine.

But see what others say.

Legend. Just wanted to double check. Thanks!

Menadue: ~281k
Hall: ~400k
Hanners: ~549k

1068/14. Cant recall ever having so many flops in the one round. I need a 200 from Gawn to even have half a chance of winning divvy game.
