Phillips is totally dominating, need to win it out of the middle and use his advantage. Port has more polished players like Rose, butters and Drew we need to keep at it. What I haven’t realised ports players can kick a long ball, a lot of their kicks go 50-60 meters when they run it out of their defence. I hate when we kick it out of our backline go out to the right and kick it to a pack. We need to find a outlet that is on the 50meter line and the kick it through the middle this will straighten us up when we kick it in our 50. It is not stringers, Weiss or Wright’s fault, we never allow one on ones it’s always a pack situation

The idea that both teams frees should be even is something that S**** me.

Same as fouls in basketball. If one team is giving up frees then they should be penalised more then the other

We played horrendously in that half. We should be well down.

Fumbling consistently, and we are getting far too many players drawn into the contest trying to breakeven in CP - so that if it makes it to the outside Port always have numbers.

Some horrendous finishing skills I nthe forward don't help either. To be honest I don't know if we can play worse - but unfortunately Port might say the same thing.

The 2nd quarter we were very good

Clearances won 11-8

Won 8 scoring shots to 4

Easily, it's done regularly.

We got blitzed early.. umpires were horrific.. but super proud of the group for clawing their way back into it.

They've missed some chances and we've missed some.. and that 2nd quarter was really even.

Hope we can sustain the effort in the 2nd half.. there is no doubt PA are a measuring stick this season and so far we are stacking up well. That is the most pleasing thing about this season.. to see us really play a style that can match it. Now just hope we can find a way to snag the W.
