One thing I don't get with Ratugolea's disposal is that during the pre-match warm ups you see him drilling these low, bullet like 40/45m passes - as soon as he gets the ball in games though, he then gives the ball much more air

Not sure if he's looking for more distance, but I'd rather see him going lower & quicker with his kicks as that's harder for the opposition to get an easy read on it
