Take it easy people
Our forward line has an average age of about 19.

Our defence is good when our midfield is competitive as seen in the first 6-8 rounds.

Our midfield is pretty average and definately needs a shake up.

Ross is having to coach defensively because our midfield is not great and our forward line can only get goals through pressure (because all of our best forward half players are out)

We probably won't make finals this year, if we do it's a great bonus.

But let's take it easy and see what trade period and draft time bring and then judge Ross and the coaching panel next year when we have a full compliment of players and a year or learning completed
