I would hold and see what Greenwood does on Friday night. If he does well, keep Pendles. If s***, maybe look at trading him.

I'd hold. Switch Witherden to mids via Hibberd (Norf) and you have cover for Pendles and Danger if they don't get up.

Yeah can loophole Greenwood and Witherden as long as Danger plays otherwise I have to play both, and that may leave me with no cover in def if smith gets dropped. Aiming for top 4 in leagues and currently 3rd and 1st in my 2 leagues, so I wanna give myself the best chance to win.

Leaving 2 trades and 112k in the bank. Is 2 trades with good cover with still couples of weeks left a bad idea or just hold trades for now and leave steel on the field in forward line

Can you still make a run for top 10? Cant be that far off the pace. See what happens at selection and take a look at who might give you an edge. You may never get a chance to get this close again!

basically at the moment i have a choice of holding pendles and getting witherdens score (will be short of cover if any late outs)
or
pendles to dusty bank the points but will be down to 4 trades with 85k left

im not currently worrying about rank just would love to finish top 5k (7k at the moment) but im worrying about my cash league which i am currently sitting 4th by percentage, so the extra few trades could come in handy towards the end of the season.

(just looked and none of the top 8 sides in my cash league have dusty but 5/8 have pendles so not sure if its worth going to dusty to gain an advantage now or wait)

I actually like this idea as it frees up lots of cash and who knows how dangerfeild will play for the rest of the year maybe just as a forward. Big balls but might give you some edge over the rest of the comp

One if I do that... I'm currently 1200th. But obviously it could really bite me when Gaz puts himself in cotton wool in a fortnight...

I could get Dusty instead of him but Gaz is more likely to get those big C scores imo, which I'd need without Danger. I think Danger is a one week injury and if Pendles came back in a week too it would be a massive fail as well. I dunno. I'll just E Greenwood first and see what he puts up.

I don't really want to limp to the line but I'm not playing cashies so it's all about overall and I don't think I can crack the top 1000 being safe and saving trades. I also understand that having 1 trade with 5 weeks left could see me slide way down.

If Danger plays then I won't trade and just put Greenwood on for Pendles. What I really don't want is to have Fisher and Greenwood on field together as it could be a disaster.

Stupidly I took Parsons score for Yeo not realising that Kennedy was back. So cost myself points there too. I would have moved up a little bit but ended up going down about 20 spots.

i have no ruck cover either, so it's sounding lik a worse idea by the minute. Haha. Balls shrivelling...

But looking at the breakevens and the Danger situation it can wait until next week. All about the leagues now, my overall rank has blown out to 5K. 4 trades for SC finals.
