I'm taking the "40% chance he plays" as a no
Hey all,
6 Trades and 6.4k in the bank
I thought my side was nearly sorted but now Penbles out not sure where to go.
Any thought on that I should do with this sexy team???

+1At first glance I was going to suggest Pendlebury > Jelwood and Newman > Laird, but you're $6k away if I've calculated correctly. I think the best option is to either trade Pendlebury to Jelwood, or save the trade and loophole Greenwood into Witherden on the mid bench.
tempting, but no for meGo absolutely bonkers and keep Pendlebury and trade Dangerfield.
travelled to adelaide a day early of his team? i think he is 100% to playI'm taking the "40% chance he plays" as a no
not worried that pendles could be back next week?

Ok lads....need to decide on one of two options with 6 trades left & 292k
1. Parsons >> Wingard
So I can move Greenwood/Lynch to F7.
2. Scharenberg >>> Laird/Hurley
Can then move McGrath to M9 via Hibberd
I'm slightly leaning towards option 1, as I'm sick of Parsons shit & I can then loophole Hugh & Lynch.
Thoughts or other ideas are welcome.

I am $21k short of going Mountford > Jelwood.... Need to find that 20k somewhere.
Could go Cousins > M/D donut (Junker), thus re-opening M/D link... or could go Pendlebury > Mid or Fwd under $476k (just short of Ebert/Cotchin)... or could go Witts > Mumford but there runs home are VERY similar (both easy):
Witts:
R18: WB (Roughead)
R19: RICH (Nank)
R20: FREO (Darcy)
R21: BRIS (Martin)
R22: ESS (Bellchambers)
R23: PA (Ryder)
Mumford:
R18: RICH (Nank)
R19: FREO (Darcy)
R20: MELB (Gawn)
R21: WB (Roughead)
R22: WC (Vardy)
R23: GEEL (Smith)
Or I could go Greenwood > Jelwood & Pendles > Zerret...
Any suggestions?

I disagree.
Next time just hand draw your team on a napkin and fax it to bigfooty.
Absolute bonkers but the way this year has gone, why the **** not!Seriously considering a super aggressive strategy of trading Danger out, bringing in Selwood and Hurley(from Newman) Will leave me with 5 trades and $320k.
I think that even if he does play, he will be down over the next few weeks. It's one thing to play out a game with adrenaline pumping through and another to keep backing it up from cold starts.
Then once he regains form bring him back.
Genius or madness?
Probably madness.
Exactly!Absolute bonkers but the way this year has gone, why the **** not!
Pendles > Jelwood is an option. Don't think I have the cojones to trade DangerWhy not just go Pendles > Jelwood?
Or, alternatively, Dangerfield > Jelwood and upgrade Cousins to a premium; you might even have $$$ to spare to use next week to upgrade Mountford.

If you want to trade Parsons I'd go Parsons to Laird via Brown/Pickett to the forward line and McGrath to the Mids.
If you want to grab a forward, then I'd consider Heeney, or if you want a massive POD, Lambert or Papley.
I don't have Wingard; I also don't mind the idea of getting him; but there are a couple of alternatives for you.
I disagree.
