4 trades but only 50k. Think I will go Newman > Lloyd/Shaw this week. The plan is to have Greenwood for F7, Witherden M9 and one of Shaz/Ryan D7 for the year or at least for a few more rounds then I will downgrade one of Shaz/Ryan to a MID/DEF rookie.

Thoughts?

Who averages more to finish the season and who is better value

Jelwood v Neale v Martin

Shaw v Hurley v Roberton

Just gone Scooter to Nyhuis and Greenwood to Zerret

Thoughts?

Could also go Newman to Hurley or Hannan to Macrae??

Hi guys, I would appreciate some help.
I've got 7 trades and 100k in the bank.

Greenwood and Newnam as MandD6 Respectively

Was thinking of pruning Ryan for Nylhus
Then upgrading either Newman/Shaw for Hurley
Or
Stewart for Buddy/Greene/Billings

I'm thinking that Hurley's BE is quite low this week so he should be the priority. It kinda depends on whether Newman is cooked or just a bad game.

Jelwood 3 of last 4 games at Kardinya park, perfect for finals.

Hurley in best form of backs.
Think jelwood will pick up his form soon? Seems to be getting tagged a lot and can't get the 110+ like he normally does

I already have shaw in my team but Thinking of trading Newman, if I have shaw on the bench should I bring in Hurley and leave shaw on the bench or should I just put Newman on the bench for cover for shaw

I haven't done the research, but I think Selwood is the type who gets his share of 70s and 80s, but balances that out with more 130s, 140s, 150s than many "premos". He's not a 105 set-and-forget type, he relies on those "overs" scores. But he's consistently got them, and the next one is only ever a week or two away. He's also literally the cheapest he's been in a decade so can't deny the value there.

Just looked he averages 125 against adelaide and then plays gws round 23 averages 125, also averages 115 at kardinya so i have pretty much just sold my self on the fact ill get him in

1 trade: Mountford > Jelwood. Sloane can GTFO of my midfield the POS. Worst $600k I've ever invested in SC. Perryman > Rookie and Greenwood > Greene next week will complete my team. Will be short on trades for finals (2), but will have Witherden as DEF coverage, Sloane as MID coverage, Nank as RUC coverage & Lynch as FWD coverage, with M/D and M/F swing in place to cover multiple positions, so hopefully won't matter too much if I'm down on trades.

I have Pendles & Sloane in my starting mids... Both under-performing and both under injury clouds..

Pendles has some hand/thumb injury and assuming Pies won't be challenging for finals could he be wrapped up in cotton wool by the time SC finals come around??

Is there any good downgrade targets in the middle this week? Can only see Atley.

Need to upgrade Greenwood, hopefully to Mumford.

Every one of MY campaigners is bottoming out in price but there's no cheap bargains for me to choose :(

Jelwood is just taking his pants off for everyone to trade him in. Pendles too. Lloyd a couple weeks ago. Bont a couple week ago.

Meanwhile i finally get a fallen premium in Gawn, and he's an absolute pile of garbage. This game is shit.

With two trades left the smart move would be to hold this week. But geez I'm tempted to flick Heppell or Steven to Jelwood.

Like that plan a lot. Sloane will be a great loophole option to see if he can bring out one of his big scores.

Time to give up on Rocky - 5 round average of 75....

Becomes Jelwood this week.

4 trades left.

Getting Gawn 2 weeks ago already looking like a shocker.

Not to mention doing Treloar -> Zorko last week costing me 2 league wins....

Capture4.JPG At the moment I've gone Ryan to Bayok, switching Witherden to the backline and Newman to Laird.

Which leaves me with this team, 4 trades left and $200k.......should probably try hold these 4 til Finals.

Witherden/Greenwood/T.Lynch as D7/M9/F7 with Mcniece/Cousins/Bayok/Strndica as donuts.
