Knew i should have gone Fat Darcy instead of Gawn, or at least have kept Witts.

Hats off to those who were brave enough to ignore Gawn.

Probably one of the few moves I've got right this year. I got Darcy when he was on the bubble 2 rounds ago, he was about 400k cheaper and has scored more points than Gawn since

At the time I was thinking of bringing Gawn in and when I went to the Dees/Swans game I had a good look at him, but he just looked short of a gallop to me so I passed.

He had the same injury that Matty Lloyd, N.Riewoldt and Tippett had and those guys struggled badly after they initially came back from it. Will certainly consider him for Round 1 next year though.

Maybe Parsons > Bayok and Steele > Macrae with two of my last three trades.

Leaves me with cover of Newman, Witherden, Greenwood and loopys on three lines with Tuohy, Sloane, Greenwood Friday night.

1 trade and $263k for Sloane to Titchell.

Or Steele > Macrae and Sloane > Jelwood for 1 trade and $80k for whatever whenever.

At first I thought it was a throw away line on Darcy, but it's true
Was a terrible move, 60-odd points down and a trade burnt vs just retaining Witts, with no guarantee he'll even pull level. Oh well, can't change it.

Pendles is done for the year

I'd say he misses ~4 weeks with the injury, but since the Pies are gone and since he's just had a kid, I reckon he won't come back

Pies to play the kids and hopefully lose every game from here on, cementing Buckley's exit and a top 4 draft pick

Wouldn't mind Brown getting a run for the remainder of the year.

And for Collingwood to use that top 4 draft pick trading for another mid.
