Problems aren't with the personnel- we've got a good list on paper- it's too many gutless performances. Even when we had a crap list back in the late 90s and early 200s I don't remember us playing with so little spirit.

Once we're a couple of goals down you sense from this mob that there is zero chance of getting back into it. In previous years, even when were bad, we'd occasionally orchestrate a comeback, but with the current team that just doesn't ever happen. There's just no fight in them.

Nah. It's the exact opposite of this. They're working hard enough, it's just that their skill level isn't anywhere near the required level. Our bottom half is mediocre.

Clean out of list at years end.

Wont make much difference there is little talent in this team. Totally changed my view. Forget getting a ruckman, get some genuine talent into the team.
