Overlooked in all this is the fact that this is probably the second longest successful after the final siren kick in football history. Would be a given that Blight is in front but can't recall one that beat Hawkins.

From a neutral perspective it feels like Hawthorn should have won it. The umpires sort of put the whistle away in those last few minutes and Rioli's tackle should have been awarded hold on the ball. I thought the Geelong player easily had prior opportunity there.
Geelong's transition play was excellent in that final minute though, considering how tired everybody was. Fantastic kick from Hawkins as the siren went. He just belted it.

Yeah hilarious some of those play on to advantage for the Hawks were like 100 metre penalties yet the commentators just thought it was a wonderful piece of play
