When I am sticking an implant in some one's jaw I do a check list, that lists everything in order we are going to do for the placement, all instruments that will be used at each time, and has diversions covering possible complications that are possible.

When I go to the footy here I walk to the grounds.

Drove the 370Z to Adelaide last week and the journey was lots of fun. The match was terrible (second half).

Section 5 I thought Brissie was still a country town?

It should be easy to get to a game?

I think all this negative talk about Dev is a touch unwarranted. The kid has only played 26 games, some as a sub and most out of position. He has shown good signs when he has got a chance to play his preferred role. Give him some consistency, if that means in the Vfl so be it.

I've had an absolute gutful of this Jack of all trades development of young players. We draft half-backs and midfielders and then want them to play wing or half fwd. No wonder we're struggling for wingers. Then Clugg develops into am AA squad winger with an outside mid sort of role and now push him inside. Bailey another now asked to play hf, wing, midfield. Rayner a fwd/mid, that last year after a long term injury started to show some real growth, bustling thru the midfield and taking the game v St Kilda by the scruff of the neck. Instead of letting him continue to gain consistency, confidence and really kick on, let's now turn him into a hb. Then when we do get injuries in a position and a young lad gets a chance to step up he's not ready because he's been moved around all over the place, asked to be a jack of all trades instead of a master of one. It's driving me nuts.
The talk of Dev’s potential trade value isn’t being negative about Dev as a player, it’s just a discussion about his potential trade value.

He’s not a best 22 player, is repeatedly dropped, and has been a low possession player in his senior career to date.

You’d be expecting a similar trade as we made for Lincoln McCarthy or Nakia Cockatoo.

And those two had shown more at senior level, albeit repeatedly injured.

May out / Tomlinson in
I went to Uni with Adam T.'s dad.

His dad was and is a gentleman, superb clinician and a good bloke.

We are having a 42 year reunion soon and I may need to get Adam's dad to get me down from a tree outside Crown at 4.00am the next morning.

I hope we kill them but Adam: 3 Brownlow votes

To quote that great guru of the footy his awesomeness Sir Justin Sherman upon the occasion of his move from the Den to the Kennel , "To be a good player, you need to play in the one position and play it really well and know your role every week."

He's got a place in PD.

Played golf with him.

Lovely bloke.

Tonight we are enemies

To be fair… what he had displayed up until last week… it was a tad below par…. The entire team was well below par so it’s no surprise
What's displayed pre season in practice matches has never stood the test of time in all the years I've been following footy so I'm really surprised anyone took much notice of it.

I hope you're right. Feels like 2016 in th crowd lol.
I know. Speaking to a few lions supporters this week the doom and gloom is doing my head in.

One week before this was our year.

It's all emotions losing perspective. We had too high expectations. Now they're too low. As long as the boys come out and give it to the opposition all night ,win ,lose or draw I'll be happy. But it is a match we can win if we play well and they don't go so hot.
