I see Gibbons as a poor mans Puopoolo in a side that struggles to score. Other small forwards like Pickett and Garlett have been shit in the same position and I don’t see much upside here despite the 102k price. A real slow burn who’ll never see the field.

Mid rookies are now Walsh Scott KentStable Atkins and Valente (early loophole and warm favorite on freo board to get games soon)

If you think Newman, Rocky/Sheed will finish top 8 in their positions then those trades are fine. I have my doubts on all three of them. Balta to Moore is a good trade, Libba looked ok week 1 despite the score. Wouldn't be trading him. Rather spend the bulk of cash and upgrade Hore to a premo.

He survived brown coming back in (at the expense of joyce) and is playing more of a Dylan Roberton role than a lock down role. Neither robbo or snake Carlisle are gonna be coming back anytime soon.

Only other option we really have down back is clavarino who is out for 4-6.

So I think he'll get a decent run.
