Not sure where this belongs, but need to post it somewhere. I'm in Perth at the moment and sat behind dean cox and glen jakovich in a cafe this morning. They were saying how gobsmacked they were about how bad the dogs are. Complete lack of run, players walking, no talk, no spirit. They rated us highly pre game and left thinking we're a rabble. Disappointing to hear and I hope that the boys sort it out and start performing ASAP.

Odd to hear that, normally they're more reasoned in their understanding of a club - they'd be thinking travel and injury factors, time to gel and so on.
Undermines a bit of my own confidence in the club to hear that. Hopefully they sort it out.

But all jokes aside , that is a poor reflection on our club , we have to hope a combination of weather and perhaps illness was a major contribution to the poor showing.

Jakovich raised it because he was the boundary rider for that game, and wouldn't have been at the melbourne game I'm assuming. They were also surprised as they thought we'd be competitive. There was some in fighting amongst our boys as well. They said it felt like a disjointed group that didn't want to work for each other. Made me feel quite ill to be honest. Hope it was just a bad day.

I'm not for a minute doubting what you heard fronkalicious but we didn't play against Norf in the way described by Cox and Jakovich - except for a lack of run at the end. If we really were a rabble who didn't give a rats, there would have been plenty of evidence prior to the West Coast game.

How did you resist the to urge fling aside your Iced, Half Caff, Ristretto, Venti, 4-Pump, Sugar Free, Cinnamon, Dolce Soy Skinny Latte, and leap over the table and beat the living daylights out of them for disparaging our great club?

No doubt I would've, and I would certainly have taken them both out at the same time for their insolence. Fools!

Keeping Howard on list AGAIN

I am sorry Mattdougie, but I don't think you are quite there. Dickson is a goal sneak, and handy when in form, Goodes has a dip, Lower plays for Footscray, cannot be picked for the AFL List. Hrovat is going to be a future champion, Honeychurch is a first year recruit and will be a beauty, and Smith is class and wouldn't call him small, as for Addison he was too slow and will even be found out at GWS. Fair dinkum Mattdougie, you need to check your facts, Howard I could probably agree with you, but he did miss most of last year with a leg injury.
