I’m sick of the wines hack kick over his shoulder..it’s almost at DBJ level of hack kick

I’m sick of wines being incapable of hitting a target.

Our next captain.. please..
I would rather DBJ hack kick as far as possible. The amount of times he tries to pinpoint a 15m stab pass in our defensive 50. With the amount of half backs we have, get what ever you can for him. McKenzie body has given up. No way he gets another year!

Wines has become the AFLs most pointless player.

Last 4 weeks: 35 contested touches, 65 uncontested. and again today he had 3 pissweak moments at the end of the game.

1. toe poking the ball into the arms of Mason Cox instead of taking posession.
2. not bumping De Goey off the ball
3. dropped mark

Not to mention all the bad kicks.

The demise of wines has been a real concern for me this year

I wonder if something off field is impacting his footy

Being the number one 'tap to' mid, and having no ruck, might have something to do with it. He's not an outside mid and doesn't have the pace to make up ground on the outside mids in the contest.

Pretty simple, play Hayes win, dont play Hayes lose. Especially when you consider if we werent ****ing ******ed this season he could be a 20 game player.

Cue 70 people telling me how he DoEsNt Do eNoUgH aRoUnD ThE gRoUnD

If there is one thing Sam can take from this season its that he always belonged in the side, and those that didnt believe in him have now failed largely because of that lack of belief, even if they are too dumb to realise it.

25% more disposals than them,
22% more clearances

Still less I50s, still felt like we were smashed apart from 15 mins in the 1st and an ok last qtr.

We are so ineffectual. Our game plan is s**t. All these mids and fluffy touches, yet we do nothing with it and don't hurt the opposition at all.

Yeah playing extra numbers at stoppages to compensate not having a ruck when you don't have the midfield to deliver the ball forward doesn't work.

McEntee does less around the ground than Hayes.
This isn't even a joke. Hayes averages more disposals at a much higher disposal efficiency, more contested possessions, more marks, more inside 50's, somehow even more goal assists.

McEntee may genuinely be the worst player to ever take the field for us at AFL level.

Nope... He had a go at supporters/members over a fùcking sticker on a sign... He can * off with hinkley

No he didn't. But hey, never let the truth or context get in the way of fishin' for likes. He never was having a go at the collective and basically every interview I have ever heard from this guy he's been so grateful to our supporters, yet here you go.

Dixon specially said "a couple', "not the majority", when addressing the sticker issue. Go listen to the interview yourself before trying to hang a guy on the back of something he didn't actually say.

He was defending Ken, like all the players do and will from every single Club in the competition if their coach/teammate etc come under attack.

What would you really expect him to say?

The group attack on people has been sickening on here lately, and worse when it appears making shit up to fit all comfy like in to your 'reality' seems an ok thing to do.

It isn't.

I’m trying to understand by what measures his SANFL form was good enough to get selected in the first place, and his AFL form was sufficient to merit more than his debut game as sub against St Kilda.

Goals - no
Forward chasing - no
Goal assists - no
Tackling - no
Attempted tackling - no
Air tackling - no
Smothers - no
Attempted smothers - no
Intense hand waving when standing the mark - no

WTF is he doing at any level that firstly justifies wearing bright red boots and secondly being given a moment’s thought by the coaches and selectors?

Maybe he's got a Greyhound too

I think you're right

sadly we go into 2023 with a cooked Lycett, Hayes probably moved on, finlayson and dixon as pretend ruck

our brightest light is what we saw of teakle in 45 minutes
