But they are valued differently and seem to be more frequent in terrible conditions. All scores are valued differently in terrible conditions to get to 3300 pts.

Talking of non clangers Rich was tracking at 100% for his first 16 kicks and 10 or so handballs. His second clanger, (first was a FA for a wrestling tussle) was when he took his time about 70m from goal late in the match and elected to pass to the pocket. Intercepted. A simple long kick to a contest in the goal square would have capped an imperious display. He managed effortless looking kicks to team mates 40 metres away whilst under pressure. Always helps when your team mates are on.

Given his age it's hard to consider him for next year, but he might be a great POD as a premo, particularly if Biirchall finishes up. Laird and Mills will be gone and most other premos seem up and down.
