AFLW 2024 - Round 10 - Chat, game threads, injury lists, team lineups and more.
It wasn’t just on the cards, it was all but guaranteed. But you’d still like them to fire a shot. Cats have open players running everywhere, that’s not a talent issue.Anyone on this thread who didn’t think this was on the cards today is seriously delusional
Yes, Schofield lost me with that decision earlier in the week. I can’t understand why they’d do that when Trew has been good mostly, and he gets dropped after one quiet game yet Petch gets a game every ****ing week and does nothing. The real issue us trew spot is given to petch rather then chesser or hall or hutch
Anyone on this thread who didn’t think this was on the cards today is seriously delusional
Who's your pick Dylan?Team went on holiday after coming back from Tasmania.
-61 disposals and -725 metres gained in a quarter.
7 goals conceded from defensive half already.
B.Williams once again making his direct opponent the best player on the ground to no surprise.
Geelong are a back half team that want to run lanes up the ground. The way to kill that is with manic forward pressure.
The land of the giants setup provides nothing at all on that front, and Geelong get to play a effectively training session on their terms as a result.
At least this will put the nail in the chances of J.Schofield getting the job - the club needs to bring in somebody with a completely different tactical approach, that acknowledges where the game is going, and that everything is now circling back to being about generating pressure and pace.
It’s an experience issue tho. We have seriously inexperienced players across many key positions. We are playing ginbey on the best full forward in the comp hahaha. It wasn’t just on the cards, it was all but guaranteed. But you’d still like them to fire a shot. Cats have open players running everywhere, that’s not a talent issue.
we have become a joke of a club...we just accept medicorityCan’t call ourselves a powerhouse of a club anymore. Don’t recall Collingwood/Richmond having loses like this in the professional era. Powerhouse clubs don’t let this happen.
I was thinkings 150 point margin prior to the game.Geelong by 99.5+ was the easiest money offered this year
I didn't expect to be covered by half time. It's disgraceful
Pathetic clubs do, and that's what the West Coast Eagles are now. A pathetic excuse of an AFL clubCan’t call ourselves a powerhouse of a club anymore. Don’t recall Collingwood/Richmond having loses like this in the professional era. Powerhouse clubs don’t let this happen.
Thanks for your service Schofield, you can drop your polo off on your way out.

Surely not quoting fantasy points for a HBF trying to play on the best full forward in the comp?Fantasy ratings in order.
Simpson allowed our standards to fall to this level.Man, we are really poorly coached. The players are nearly always in a bad position when the cats get the ball.
And they get the ball much more than us as they are much more skilled
Man we are bad
