I wonder what it's like to actually stick a tackle? Haven't seen it yet today - from our blokes at least. We've been out-muscled, out-smarted and out-played all day. It might blow out yet but really the Suns will be pissed they are only 5 goals up.

I just dont get how we are so bad.

Close to a decade of middling results. Our drafting at the beginning of that was amazingly horrid so we have sparse mature talent. Our worst results come when drafts are getting pillaged by two new clubs. We lose five first round picks for a bunch of spare change last year. It's easy - we simply don't have the stocks of talent of many/most other clubs.

Happy I didn't buy a membership this year. Waste of money.

And that's one way to ensure getting better is a slow route back. Substandard facilities don't fix themselves with magic cash.

The Suns are so damn good to watch. They play the right game style that's needed in QLD. Fast and direct not this slow stop start BS that the Lions are rolling with.

Someone posted earlier how many soft players we have and they were spot on.

We're full of them, yet a number of hard players can't get a game.

Has there been a directive that dropping the ball / holding the ball / incorrect disposal is no longer a free. I've lost count of how many good tackles we've made that have just not been rewarded.

It seems like with every game you watch, HTB becomes more and more a distant memory.

That's the frustration isn't it? At times last week we looked like we could beat the Cats. We've never looked like beating the Suns this week. Doesn't make sense.
