a, b, c or hold? Thoughts kentlemen?

b would be my choice followed by a. I think any move reinforcing your defence with an extra premo is the way to go

Why Menegola?

He's just plodding along fine I'd have thought

No Kelly too, though you're a Cats fan
Not ideal I know, swapping out two premos. Went Menegola over Kelly cos he was Mr. Reliable for a ton last year and Telly’s horrible DE in the JLTs scared me off

Aren’t as keen on Danger, Menegola and Kelly (straight swap with Heeney) cos I already have Selwood, and the downgrade to Boak (back to back 120s is excellent) allowed me to get Lloyd. Plus it means I’m playing a FWD rookie over a DEF rookie which looks like value this year.

Really? The coach said the words "much much more"? More than what? Constable had zero mid time before this year, so I guess much much more is technically true.

Hard to say, I think 160 is clearly one out of the box, but in the role he’s playing can he get to that 95ish region you need for a top 6 FWD is what I’m unsure about.

Represents some value if he can, useless if he can’t.
Seems with Dixon's ongoing troubles with the ankle, Ryder will continue to play fwd and Lycett will get significant game time on ball.

I've got Lycett R2 and will shift him into F6 when upgrading some one else to Grundy in next few weeks.

With Bines as R3 I can then swing Lycett into R2 during short term injuries or byes to Gawn/Grundy.

Ah man just $1000 off the following trade
Hanley and Heeney out
Swing Lycett out of R2
Grundy and Miers in

That would have been perfect for me this week.

Might have to split over 2 weeks.
Heeney before down $ to Miers before up $ this week.
Grundy comes down a touch and make the change Hanley to Grundy next week.

Keeping Dunkley, Dunks in fact attended the second most CBA with 17 on weekend, roles not an issue it seems, just form, i think he will ccome good.

Noticed that he was in the midfield mix quite a bit, just didn’t go anywhere near it. Thankfully his BE isn’t astronomical, so he gets at least another week

That's what I wanted to see. Thanks CrozaN. Even the best players have down games now and then.

Obviously I would like Rockliff but with a midfield of: Fyfe, Cripps, Oliver, Brayshaw, Crouch, Libba, Walsh and Constable/Butters/Scott/Atkins - I really don't have anyone to trade for him. Crouch would be the one I guess, but while he hasn't set the world alight, he has been getting a lot of the pill. Not worth the trade I don't think.

Also, other than Rozee, Miers, LDU - there does not appear to be a really solid rookie I am missing.

Heeney and Laird probably the two premiums underperforming but I will back them to come good.

It is unsettling not to make a correction trade but think that's where I am at.

A for me. Wish I had bought Lloyd in last week. Will score 150 this week

If you were playing Brissy this week someone is going to ask the bleeding obvious...what has changed between last year and this year ? Any stand outs ? If we put a hard tag on anyone who would it be ?

How does Neale go with a saddle on his back ? Cant be far away.

Put the hard tag on Neale and Rich and Zorko will carve you up with 20 possies each. I don't see the point of tagging ball pigs like Neale, Titch etc.

Where's the talk about Devon Smith ? Does he even exist ? Noone in here owns the bloke or just not fessing up to it ?
14+ % own Smith which is twice the number that own guys like Mills who seems front and centre in the discussion and amingst the most popular tradeOUTs. Far more owners than Dunkley as well. They surely cant be all Dons tween cheerleaders.

No not at all, its more a correction from the Ridley pick, no point having that cash sitting on bench + Hore as well so no backup essentially.

I can swing Burgers back though and bring in someone like Lin Mcarthy, thats another option.

Wasted nothing trades IMO. Ridley will be back this week and score 80+ Dropping him was a huge mistake and Bombers would know that now. Trading him to a player that will score similar or less is basically using 2 trades on him as (Moore/Linc) will also require upgrading. Consider downgrading him to Miers via Burgers if you don't have the $ to upgrade (if Ridley's not selected) at least that way 110k+ profit could be used towards your first upgrade in a few weeks.

Dev was not a popular BF selection prior to Rd1
