If scrimshaw is dropped what should I do? I'll have hore and scrimshaw on the bench not playing.

Hold and play burgess
Or
Trade hore to Wilkie
Or
Trade scrimshaw to rozee

Im looking at Smith to a cheap Laird in a few weeks of. I said last night with seedsman out, 1 of smith or milera will stop stealing his points as they move to the wing. Well thats a theory at this stage lets see how it works out.

Luckily for me I already have Laird. :$

Which one of Smith/Milera moves to the wing though? IIRC the year after he averaged 93.5 Smith was moved to the wing where he averaged 77. I can't recall if he played the whole season on the wing, because I traded him out at some point but suffice to say, Brodie is a much better scorer as a defender than he is on the wing.

I consider a couple trades this round as correctional and still tweaking your starting team.....
Smith to Lloyd is going to bring in the top def and his points. he doesn't look like he is dropping.
Heeney is a 50/50 risk and worpel is going well now but can he maintain the pace?
Consider the trades heeney > lloyd (definitely) and smith > worpel (bit sideways but allows 1st trade)

When you look at it from that angle it sort of looks worthwhile from a points perspective. Still unsure if it's worth 2 trades though. Need to sleep on it. Thanks Red.

Crows have to play Milera in the midfield and I would suggest that Gibbs would be the one to move down back to replace Milera. The days of Gibbs playing in the midfield are coming to an end.

Smith could be a candidate to replace Seedsman on the wing but I think they need Smith down back to provide more rebound especially if teams start tagging Laird.

Worth trading in constable next week or have I missed the boat?

Unlike others I think it could be... he should still be priced similar to LDU who some people are trading in and seems a good 20 position+ rookie with decent JS.
At this rate he'll get to 400k which means there is still more money to get out of him then what anyone will cash in from Collins... or Gibbons.

He played well last week. Won't be dropped unless he's sore from playing 81% TOG which is a high for him. IMO he'll be a better SC scorer than Wilkie & Rosie. I have both Scrim and Hore and am holding both even if I end up having no def bench this week

Hey Andrew
What do you think are the chances of Worpel keeping up his performance to at least the byes?

Scrimshaw could be dropped named on field in 2s

LOL We will drop Jaeger before Scrimshaw.

Jacky boy will start at HBF.

I think he can maintain 90-95 at a minimum until the byes.
Interesting to see what impact both Scully and Wingard have once they settle in.

should I get Rozee in for Greene?
other trade is Hore to Parker via Moore.

Greene could be used as loop this week...surely he's back next week.
should I just ditch him and move on like everyone else?
I’m holding Greene. Looks like he’ll be right to go next week and I want to see how he goes before pulling the plug. That, and there’s nobody else that really stands out that I’m eager to trade to. KELLY was the only one but now he’s hurt. Loophole Greene this week and reassess.

I’d do Hore>Parker though.

Scully's game is very outside so I'm not expecting him to effect Worpel's contested possie game at all and a can't see Wingard playing much midfield in the first half of the season at least.
