Is Gresham likely to be dropped? I see quite a few people are keen to get trade him out already

I'm not sure if I can make a decision either way for you because it's a tough one however I think Libba is a proven premium but he has one thing going against him and that is he has come back from a very severe injury and a year out of football, usually it takes footballers a good year to get really back to their best. Having said that, I set for him an average of 105+ from 20 games to be a win at his price as an initial selection, the question is, does one burn a trade for that output? What do you suspect that he has to score for the rest of the season to justify a trade and what do you think he will score? I think he can go 108 to 112 which even for his price is great value. Are there any other premiums you would trade for Rocky instead and is the price difference between those prospective trade ins and Libba worth it? I am pretty adamant in getting correct rookies first but that isn't necessarily the right approach and the equation somewhat changes with injury. Do you think Rocky is a definite trade out or can you justify holding him for a couple of weeks? Which rookie do you forego, Kennedy or Papley? I think Kennedy has the potential to score more but the $80k difference is a consideration.
I have Kennedy but not Papley so my priority is Papley with a second trade up my sleeve for removing one of Rockliff or Barlow if I want to, however if there were two rookies I had missed out who were going to shoot up in price I would be inclined to correct to both of them first, the Rocky situation makes it a bit more difficult though as you could be bleeding points with an extra rookie on field and him on the bench.

I really like that Jack Martin pick
Cheers - If he gets dropped, I've just got myself another loophole option - if not, I'll get some small price increase win winI think a lot of us are planning on him to be dropped, yes. Saints supporters would know more but Acres especially I think was impressive in the VFL. I think the Saints are past the stage of gifting games for the sake of gifting games so unless Gresham is fulfilling those coaches intangibles and playing to his role etc (which we have no idea about) I think it'd be likely he is dropped.
More of a question, but why petracca? Just because no other options? If you had him from the start, I'd keep him.Thoughts on the following:
Rocky to Parish
Petracca to JJ via DPP
Cheers, Its a big risk but it could be very rewarding and he could potentially be a top 10 forward by years end. He's kind of been the forgotten number 1 draft pick of the last few years due to being out injured alot.
He's started off the year pretty well without being great yet, he scored 91 from only 13 touches, 4 marks, 8 tackles and 2 goals and last week vs freo scored 111 from 16 touches, 11 marks, 2 tackles and 4 goals.
You wouldn't expect him to get 3 goals but i think we can expect a few more touches, especially whilst their midfield is so light on.
I'm on the Barlow to go bandwagon. Gave myself 4 corrective trades, then no trades unless injured. Was badly burnt by Rocky and Sloane in and out last year so not taking the chance.
Last week brought in BenKen
This week: Barlow and Rocky to Libba and Parker
Next week: Someone to Hartley
Then sit tight until byes hopefully - or when Petracca plays r3.
Get Danger, you'll get another Captain choice - just pay more the top tier players and be done with it
Gray can either kill it or be swamped with a few port outs
Mitchell - nah not premium enough
Didn't look anywhere near as bad as Rockliff did early last year. He might be sore but I doubt its that bad.Saw that rumour last week on the 3AW website. Still managed to get 110

Only one of my rookies who isnt set to jump up in price this week.More of a question, but why petracca? Just because no other options? If you had him from the start, I'd keep him.
Well it actually looked pretty bad in the last quarter when Buckley put him in the midfield, didn't want to go near a contest. Looks like he might be stuck at half back for a while.
That was my read, too. Very tentative at the contest, which is very un-Pendles like.
Still, he scored 110 ...
Reason i personally wouldn't is that I reckon he if anything is moving closer to an earlier call-up and at his price and with his ability is likely to be one you don't want to miss out on as it increases his earning potential, so you might end up burning 2 trades (or 1 trade which offsets what you make on parish, together with the 80k extra he costs, and giving petracca a miss altogether) Not sure who your other rookies are, but maybe one who likely won't spike in price much? Just a thought.Only one of my rookies who isnt set to jump up in price this week.
Suspect Parish will be a better/faster cash cow.
Took Petracca as i couldnt really find anyone else to fill the spot so i figured he was the safest bet long term

Went Rockliff to Parish and Shaw to JJ - looked ok. Reversed it but thinking about it.
Fair enough, but therein lies the elephant in the SuperCoach room. You have literally thousands of people participating in a very high profile competition with not insignificant prizes to be won, and there is no independent verification of the scores awarded. The lack of audit trail is highly unusual. The 'weights' that are applied should be uniform and not judgemental. Which they may or may not be, I don't know because there has never been a specific explanation as to how final scores are arrived at.
I suggest it would be useful if the full scoring table was published at the end of each game. We get most of the stuff, stats and then SC score in the final column. There could be extra columns for weights applied (to save space, get rid of the non-scoring stats like clearances). Then all users could check and be satisfied with the scores. I said this would be 'useful', ideally it should be mandatory.
CD might object with "oh, there's way too much that goes into the weighting, impacting a kick here, a mark or spoil there, late goal, etc. It would be too onerous to report it all". My counter to that would be they must have all of this data, because by definition it must be in each and every final score that they award.
Cheers.
I'm sure you could do better.
