Has he ever been suspended by the MRO before? I don't think so

I know they're trying to stamp out the sling, but Danger's head didn't even hit the ground. Also it's Danger, how else can you tackle the bloke? Joke

Finally got fit and got his body right, will average 100 for sure, AFL is just soft
I actually think Danger contributed to it a fair bit. During the tackle he was down low and tried to drive up and out of it. De Goey continues the tackle but half the momentum was from Danger trying to drive up and out

I try to be.objective on ones involving our blokes and could see why Maynard got suspended, e.g., honestly do reckon DeGoey was a touch unlucky.
Considering English's bump on Lizard was everything they told us they were stamping out of the game...i reckon DeGoey was damn unlucky.
High contact was meant to be instant week off. Chose to bump not tackle. Heavy impact. etc etc. Was a time not long ago that was 2 weeks off.
Not that i think it was anyhting other than just a good bump.
The MRP change their entire criteria like we change our minds.

De Goey out for a week
Durdin out for a week
JHayes might be dropped
HDixon might be dropped

hmm

DStephens/Ward to NOD (via De Goey to MID bench; McCartin to FWD)?

De Goey to Zac Bailey?

Don't trade, just roll with no FWD E and hope for the best?
Option 3 .....world will auto-correct next week

I watched him last game and I was happy. Was calling for the ball a heap. Giants just mauled them at stoppage and he wasn't required to kick inside 50 much. 100s are coming I reckon.
No signs of injuries?

Dylan Shiel? 361k and had averaged 97-100 in the past. Especially with Merrit out for 8 weeks might be some more points on offer?
Card carrying member of the gws glass ferrari club. I brought up his name in here a few weeks ago and almost had rotten fruit hurled at me.
He certainly makes a lot of sense if you need a cheap mid. The Caldwells and Berry's are now good to run with, but obselete as a pickup in the 300's. Shiel though is definitely in play. Not for me though. He burns bad.

I concur.
Not under consideration for the same reason I didn't grab Green last week. If you started with him hopefully he rewards, but using 2 trades (unless he's thought of as a keeper - nah), probably not a great move

dropped 17k spots down to 21k overall in 1 week wow

1. safe option: marshall to english, English guaranteed at least being a top 6 fwd

2. risky option: marshall to preuss, stephens (my M8) to tom green

Had a mid/forward donut and 160k, missing JHF only. Decided on Dow, who will be on the bench this week. Will keep cash generation going, although cash projection seems very low. A 70 for Rachele and Ward would be nice to start an earning spike.

Rioli anyone?
The same round they suspended Robbo for less.
MRP/AFL tribunal are a laughing stock.

Thoughts on this team and any potential moves to be made this week?

If i were Horse this week i;d keep Wicks and throw him straight on Hall. He'd chuck a saddle on that bin chicken.
Just quietly, if Wicks is named its not a week i'd be bringing in Hall.
Papley won't get up so I doubt Wicks gets dropped. Campbell and Stephens are the two at risk if JMac returns IMO.

Hall should be another week or two from prime trade in. Let that 70 work it's magic and hope he doesn't go b2b 150's

Speaking of the Swans, I'm going to be watching Ladhams very closely this weekend. Guaranteed number one ruck for six weeks with DPP status? Yes please.

Realistically he costs too much ($415k) and likely isn't a keeper, but he did manage some big scores as number one ruck last year. He might tempt me if he manages a big score in the next couple of weeks.

I’m keeping an eye on him too. POD potential

gotta risk it sometime...only 1 trade from Baldwin to Shiel, gets Durdin off the field...should be a reasonable trade...
Agree he might not be a keeper, but will likely score around the 95-105. He has done it before (unlike Bowey) and has a midfield role now Merrett is out.
Can either upgrade or keep as M8, depending on how the season turns out.

Do you guys think Baldwin > Gollant is worth a trade (assuming Baldwin doesn't get a game this week)?
Only 79 points from a 4-goal game doesn't fill me with confidence personally (particularly with Tex back). NFI what his JS is beyond this week. If it's reasonable then the trade is probably still worth a shot given there's no other immediately obvious reasonable alternative forward rookies.

I left Brockman on my bench for months last year and it killed me, so I'll probably be trigger happy this year when rookies get dropped lol

Are you worried about Crisp or just trading him as the best option to secure Bowey's cash gen and English?

I'm thinking of a sideways move to Hall in 2 weeks if he doesn't look like consistently scoring tons.

I grabbed Hall for Whitfield last week, to be rewarded with -26 points. Gulp.

I had hoped Crisp might excel under Fly and his attacking/running gameplan, but has not been consistent enough for his price. Yes it is also to grab that $200k from the Bowey trade. This little ranga could push $450k, netting me a hefty $320k overall.

Stephens to English would push Xerri to F6, and Rachele into M9, and only 4 rookies on field (Daicos, JHF, Hinge, and McCartin/SDK)

NO TRADES means I play Nic Martin at F6, and Rachele goes back to F7 for Stephens at M9.

So after the Crisp, Stephens > English, Bowey trades, how does this team look?
