What's the bet the AFL do a square up now and give the Sicilian a big penalty.

I kind of hope he gets like 4+ weeks as it makes it easier to trade him out.

LOL Buddy out is the only real surprise there, Haneberry has just been total poo not just this year but for most of last year - he can't run and is clearly not right.

They are the same people that 3 years ago, were saying the game had gone soft .....and why are players getting games off for accidents

I agree with the "revised" position of the AFL ......in our game of contact, there'll always be accidental head clashes .....if you try & eradicate, how long is a piece of string

If you're going to be a complete campaigner though, why would you even pick such a nothing player like Atley to stand on? Atley, of all people, the most inoffensive and bland player in the entire lolnorf side? Was he trying to put him off his usual 15-20 seagull touches a game? It's like plucking wings off a fly. Which I can also imagine Sicily enjoys, being the giant flogstain that he is.

I think you may be correct here... Since Sicily stepped on a seagull early in the match as well (I couldn't make this crap up).

In terms of a mid who goes forward and can mark overhead, he will keep rotating with Parker, Hewett, Towers etc

In terms of a tall forward replacement, I think Allo Allo and Darcy Cameron are in the mix, with Paddy McCartin's younger brother being an outside chance for a call up. The only other tall forward we have is Toby Pink but he is at least 3 weeks away with injury.

They just have to make a contest in the air forward of centre, putting either of them as No.1 ruck is more of a risk IMO
