Looks to me like they expected Clarke to play and wanted Daniher to be ready for Anzac Day with a full VFL game. If Clarke has an issue that’s come up in the last 24 hours then Daniher coming in is the only option they have if he was otherwise close to playing

Well these changes are exciting. Whether they are good or not I dunno. I actually though it was the right call to play Daniher in the VFL first. Fair effort from young Ham to get a game already, he's clearly impressed. He actually makes sense style wise to replace Zaka as I was thinking he's probably the most like for like but he's very young and inexperienced but he seems like a guy that will run hard all day and take the game on.
