Very similar rebounding role to Blakey. Seems to push further up the field than Blakey is the only major difference I've noticed.

Averaging 24.3 disposals and 6.5 intercept possessions.

Could be a handy POD. I was weary that there'd be a chip shortage with he, Blakey, McInerney, and Lloyd all playing in the same backline, but McInerney is playing on a wing, and the other 3 are all averaging over 20 touches.

The gull appeared to be back at the weekend. Sydney look to be rotating a few through that link up role. The danger is that they’re experimenting. Also, he doesn’t look to be great at 40m+ kicks which score better for SC. Do love myself a POD tho.

Depends what position they’ll take in your def? What about Tyler Young? He’s about $100k cheaper? Not ideal for on field scoring but decent JS for the foreseeable future.

Young is a HOLD IMHO.

You know he will eventually come good. As a previous Ryan owner, Ryan will start spuudding a few games soon enough and Young will be the gatherer of the leftover Chips.

I'm ranked higher than I've ever been ranked, I've got 70isk K in the bank, but have just lost Nank and look like losing Day for a week or two.

I'm thinking of taking a bit of a risk and going:

Nank>Ryan
Mackenzie>Stewart
Philipou>Kozzie

Am I insane? Should I just do a simple Nank > English type thing?

Setters BE is 85, Picketts is -25. I also get cash in the bank, I think they’ll both score around 90, and Pickett has a lot more cash to make in comparison.

What exactly has Pickett done to make anyone think he's gonna avg 90? Zero history, just based off two games? His role isn't even that good. He has 5 tons in 64 career games. At least Setterfield has the role and has actually gone 90 before in that role.

Yeah that’s the key. I was saying preseason before his latest injury that I doubt he plays before the Byes. Maybe the week off. I just think they’ll be ultra cautious with him. Hasn’t been able to get on the park a lot lately.

I’m keeping Doch, with the other two going this week. It’s not worthwhile to trade Cogs out, but I don’t want to see him in my side anymore

Rd 2 he was facing the worst team in the comp and we were missing Buddy so had a fair bit more ball directed to him than usual. Usually he wouldn't do that well.

Meant between 3 and 4, where he scored reasonably well against the Dees as a support ruck
