Yeah seems to be best to trade out Lloyd instead mate.

Like you said at least Impey is still playing.

Annoyed that I fell for Lloyd though. That first game of his was too good to be true. LOL!

Yeah seems a bit of a waste to trade him out so soon but ah well. His second game he looked solid though, was 44 at half time, but copped a knock from Adcock and hardly touched it after that. Fingers crossed he makes the side I reckon he can bounce back.

Yeah lets hope we can at least one more price rise out of him. :thumbsu:

Nah not Polec mate.

He will get a ton against GWS, bookmark it!

I think its better for my team getting Hibberd in this week as I can always get Cotchin and Selwood in round 9 and 10 who will be around the same price Murphy is now.

My backline needs the premium injection more than my midfield I reckon.
Ahhh shit, I was also planning to bring in Hibbo. Having 2nd thoughts :D

Hibberds a stud. One of my few solid picks from the get go.

I really wanted to bring Cyril in this week but Dunstan out forced my hand. Probably for the better...it's about time I built the mids up.

Yeah I'd get another mid in if I were you mate by looking at your side.

My side is the other way around where I think I need another defender premo.

Hibberd is stud like. I was thinking of having him in my team round 1 but the hammy injury he got in the NAB Challenge scared me off him.

Better late than never for me though in getting him in now. :thumbsu:

Just don't jinx him bud.

I went with a 307 mid setup this year and focused on def/fwd seeing there that there weren't many great rookie options.

Now that the mid cows are mooing I'll turn Dunstan>Murphy, Tyson>Selwood & Polec+Crouch>Pendles.

He wants MMurphy. .not sure how else he can have him

All good Toxic.

Have now decided to get Hibberd in to bolster my average backline.

Am going to pick up a super cheap Cotchin in round 9 instead.

According to SC Gold its only going to cost me about $97,000 to upgrade Polec > Cotchin.

That is one of the cheapest upgrades you will ever see and I am going to do it as Cotchin will return to Supercoach/Champion Data royalty now that Deledio is back in the Tigers team. :rainbow:

Also been easily my best year too, gone from averaging 1800's 2 years ago, to just over 2000 last year, now 2200, look out 2017! I've been very lucky with injury so far (touch wood) aside from Michie I think I've been all clear. There are a few players I had but didn't keep pre-season (Looking at you Swallow!) but otherwise been very lucky to not have to spend my first 5 weeks fixing errors from pre-season.

I did have a look at getting rid of Fasolo and Buddy (only a quick glance since I have neither) and both were listed as test
- I would carry Fasolo, if he's back in a week or two then no harm done. He'll still score well and even after getting 19 has a low breakeven so will keep making cash
- Buddy would be the one I would look to possibly trade, he's had 2 great games and then nothing much in his others. He has already lost a bit of coin though so do you cut losses now and move him on before he leaks more, or hold on hoping he'll come good because he's Buddy? Has a break even of over 100 hanging over him so could lose some more when he does come back in. He is Buddy though and could do anything, I would hold him this week and look to move him on in the coming weeks maybe.

What is the reason people are jumping on Cutler over Gardiner? I always hate getting on players after missing a price jump, it's an extra $30k I have to spend, and it's another $30k I won't make off him. Unless Cutler is supposed to reach a much higher price than Gardiner? I'm not really sure.

I'm doing LMac to Gardiner this week which I think is a solid trade, but I'm looking Impey -> someone and not coming up with much, should I bring in...

- Ambrose (ESS) and hope he comes back and plays a third game?
- Someone like Honeychurc (WBD)h and hope he gets a run soon? (surely can't be far off)
- Someone like McGovern (WCE) who has played 1 game and hope he keeps his spot?
Cutler seems to score better than Gardiner when given the chance. Was sub first game and scored like 19? Second game played a full 120 mins and scored 80 odd. Then last game was sub again but came on and scored 47 or so with limited chances. Still has a BE in the negatives so there's still good money to make, but only if he shakes free from the vest. I'm not really liking Impey to any of those three to be honest mate. Could you upgrade Impey? Post your team and how much $$$ you have sitting around...

My team guys, 25 trades with 318k in the bank.

B: Enright, Laidler Mitchell, Suckling, Langdon, McDonald (Hanley, Langford)

M: Ablett, Beams, Watson, Libba, Polec, Tyson, Dunstan, Crouch (Daisy, Robertson)

R: Sandilands, Minson (King, Thurlow)

F: Dangerfield, Martin, Parker, Zorko, Higgins, JKH (Lloyd, McCarthy.

Was going to do Lmac to Cutler but Langford being out has stopped that. Thinking Langford to Cutler and Dunstan to MMurphy instead. Will leave me 200k.

What do you guys think. Next week will be O'Rourke in. Whats the consensus between Cutler and Gardiner.....lower price/lower JS?
What are your thoughts on some of the questions before your post??

Solid trade. :thumbsu:

Whatever way you look at it Dunstan has to go. :rainbow:
Completely and utterly disagree.

Use Dunstan for the loophole, not playing so will hold value. Will also play during Round 8 nightmare bye round. Upgrade him after that.

Dunstan will play the role of M4 in my Rd8 team. He's not going to lose any value up until his bye, might even go up a few k IMHO.

And should get right around his b/e rd's 8 and 9 anyway. Will come in handy.

Dunstan to O'rouke/Hallihan

then which one is the better trade my fwd line is looking terrible
L mac to D Swallow OR
Fasolo to Parker/Gray/Zorko

Fasolo to Parker

Ok hickey gone 6-8 weeks too long to hold him he's gone ... To King, cheapest ruck and haven't thoroughly checked fixture but Melbourne have lot of Sunday games... Perfect for loop holing ... Have Nic Nat and dericx R3 and R4 so just a cash grab ..
The question is what to do next ... Dunstan to Simpson moving Hanley to the mid bench leaving me 150k or so ... Or getting rid of Brodie Martin for Simpson ... Will leave me with no cash but give me an extra player in rounds 8 and 10 and also remove the only person in my squad who hasnt reached 3 games yet ... Leaning towards getting rid of Martin

So have decided to go down this path..

Dunstan out, McDonald subbed to the midfield, Heath Shaw in
Clurey out - McDonald Subbed back to Defence - Jack Billings in

$311K left over.

Next week i should hopefully just have enough for Polec to Watson and McDonald to Hibberd.

Opted against Hallahan/O'Rourke purely because of job security.
Billings has looked a jet in his last 2 and will back him to play majority of games and get up to $400K.

Any Thoughts Gents? is there an angle i'm maybe not seeing?
