Guys, I am really struggling this week, I've gone Dunstan>Mundy because I like his price and his a bit of a POD but then I've spent most of my cash.
Burnt a few too many trades already, but should I be downgrading this week or??

Hasn't been attending anywhere near the same amount of centre bounces and ruck stoppages as he was last year and generally looks laboured and underdone.

I have Tyson @ 319K on my bench in the MIDs, so potentially I could sub him out.

In that case it would be:

Out: Fasolo / Tyson + 99K = 750

In: 1 forward, 1 MID (for the bench)

$234k for an outside player averaging 62 in a poor team isn't all that enticing to me. Where is this confidence coming from? Polec is averaging 95 in a gun team and not even 400 yet.



I'm very tempted by Hodge (him or Bartel). Hodge gets vested pretty much every time there's an injury concern and he is a prime "rested" candidate.

Billings was sub in his first game and scored 14. Forget his average. Scored 101 and 72 last two games.

That'll leave me 7 premiums to find and 100k. I could go Reiwoldt instead of Parker but I figure with Buddy's problems, Parker could be a good in. Any other suggestions?

If you have the cash I reckon just get a set and forget premium and be done with it for the year, don't count on Longer and those types. Also, not sure if it is worth spending big on a backup ruck, if Mumford is one week a way it might be worth just copping the donut this week for him or if you think he'll be out for longer, trade him out.

Easily Impey -> Zorko. Impey won't be making any money for ages and he's playing on your field this week. Langford is probably just rested and he scored 80+ last week.

Thinking of doing
Hickey to Mcevoy
Ellis to Cutler/Gardiner via (Mcdonald or Langdon). Will leave me with 316 or 354K

Is Robertson worth missing out on a defensive rookie? I dont think Hallahan is.

Will hold Fasolo as I think he still has great scoring and money making potential post byes.
Dunstan wont lose value next time he plays (like Ellis) and will provide decent cover during the byes. He stays or gets upgraded to Selwood.

next week Mcdonald to O'Rourke/Salem/other mid rookie

Hoping to bring in Pendles, Boomer and Selwood in round 9. Trying to maximise my cash generation during this time to make sure those upgrades occur. Higgins, Polec and probably Dunstan the candidates for being upgraded.

Fanfooty used to be good but now sc gold and footywire seem to be closer to the mark.
