Cash gen is rooted at the moment so looking for bargains or ways to restart it...

Dunkley + Gulden -> Brayshaw and one of Robertson/Farrar/Bosenavulagi looks awfully tempting at the moment. Brayshaw bottomed out and with Fyfe/Mundy in super form some attention should be diverted away from him. All leave me with between 270 and 320k in the bank to help me go one up one down next week and I'm not convinced by little Macrae at present - would happily pick him up after a small price rise.

Could alternatively roughie back in Fyfe instead of going the cheaper option which would leave me with around 180k in the bank instead and as satisfying as roughieing that splendid kent back in is, I feel like I might have to go the skint option given how rooted my cash gen is (at the moment both my DEF and MID benches are complete carcass).

Only thing I can say for sure is this year is ****ed and this game can go and **** itself :moustache:

People were saying that about Jordon last week too, and now he has a BE of -16
It only takes one decent score to kick off earnings again.

Having said that, Gulden did look a bit aimless and tired last week.
Surely bigger fish to fry. Or I am I the only dud that is facing a delicious donut with Jones, Campbell and l
Rowe?

Just reading over that makes me feel sick.

I’d wait a week on Marshall. Ryder will be back this week and Marshall will get 100-110, but he’ll still lose a bit more $$$ with his high BE.
We have a week to assess, considering his BE. I wouldn't worry about Ryder being there or not though. If you need him now then I'd grab him with reasonable confidence

Confidence? He’s a 500k+ forward. His days are numbered. Ticking time bomb.

FYI, Parish (imho) is an absolute gun. Mid injuries is forcing Ess to use him where he should have been used full time a long time ago. Truck alluded tonight to him having a better tank this year but I reckon he would still be 50% forward if Shiel and a couple of others were available. Absolutely wrapped for the guy to nail it yesterday He's a favourite of mine
Decent pick if you're in a bind or if you're looking for a hail mary. But this is SC. Stretch to a proven premo (there a couple left that aren't injured I think) like Clarry, Merrett, etc.
Hoping I'm very wrong and Darcy smashes it for the remainder

How good would it have been if parish had mid/fwd

Parish can suck me. Had him all last year as a FWD. Teased to absolutely blow games open by the scruff of the neck but never did it.

That game on Sunday is a complete anomaly on his whole career. So so so strange. He's had this opportunity a number of times before but never taken it.

(edit) Not entirely his fault. He has all he needs to be a great player and an excellent SC scorer for us. I hope we are forced to keep him on ball all season
