Anybody already have or picking up Heppell? I'm think of jumping onboard. 3 games in a row at ~90% TOG is really doing it for me. 7 tackles as well, must be feeling his body. If Ziebell can get his body right playing at half back, Heppell can too.

90 average at M8 is fine until very late in the year if trades are available, just need to get these trash rookies score out ASAP.

Is ROB relevant this year?

Last 4 scores of 100+...rolling 3 round average similar to Grundy and 90k cheaper

With FWDs carnage and few DEF PODs this year I’m thinking of rolling dice on ROB instead of Grundy

Will also mean I can bring in Clarry instead of Mills

I was going to bring Hepp in a couple of weeks ago but got spooked by a few posters here. I should have not said anything and just traded him in because nobody here is going to put themselves on the line and say it's a great idea, you should totally do this when his durability had been questionable up to that point and that's fair enough. I did notice however that Hai_Newman who clearly has a larger Chol than me traded Heppell in 2 weeks ago, right after I posted my proposed trades. Kudos to your no ****s given attitude, Kenty. If I manage to grow a pair between now and Saturday I'll be belatedly bringing Hepp in for fathead Rowe.

Jack Crisp & Touk Miller OR Sam Docherty & Hugh McCluggage?

I think I might of talked you out of that one. Given how my last two weeks have gone the best thing to do is the opposite of what I advise.

Now strongly considering Dev Robertson. Should make it to 350k at least with Neale sidelined, and if he bombs, he still has enough value as a trade out, as opposed to the bargain basement rookies who keep coming through, making 40-50k then being dropped. DPP handy too.

Presuming Rowe is dropped, can do Rowe -> Robbo, Dunkley to one of Bont/Walsh/Lyons/Trac/Boak. Gulden and Chapman then likely become Frederick and May next week, leaving ~160-210k left over for the following week

I was quite suprise to see he is still 28

Yes I traded Heppell in for Campbell last week. It's my best trade of the year so far and who knows with the carnage going on that he might end up being my M8 by the end of the season.

I brought him in before the Lions game at 311K for exactly that very reason. Got a dud rookie off the ground and even with his suspect DE, he’s finding enough of it to post reasonable scores.

After looking at it further I think I am on the same path.

Rowe has to go and Robertson is the man. DPP will be very handy as well.

Other trade will be Dunks to Bolton

Will leave me with just over $600k and gives me another week to look at Marshall and will also be able to do Chapman to Ridley as well.

Cheers....Just on Hepp, was spewing I missed Jaith. Hope he can give the same out put as him.

Pros - Plan is to get rooks off field what ever it takes plus he's made 100k for me too.

Cons - I now have 3 fake premos mids on field.

I need him to get to the byes for a easy upgrade.

How good am I going AB, I thought you did get him in, I remember the convo. I even just double checked your team to make sure you weren’t playing funny buggers😉

Thinking of just going Dunkley to either Bont or Brayshaw, have Clark still which is a problem, but with no good Defensive rookies (unconvinced by L Jones) and feeling I’ve missed the boat on Dev, I think I’ll hold the 2nd trade...

Jack Crisp & Touk Miller OR Sam Docherty & Hugh McCluggage?
Touk Miller is one of a handful of players that aren’t talked up much in here but would’ve been astute picks, and still can be. Guthrie, Wines and Lyons others that come to mind, even Selwood at dirt cheap price would’ve been a decent get, and anybody who predicted Mundy is either related or a genius.

I’ll tell you what I’ll do Stevo, I’ll bloody shut right up as I was one of the dipshits who talked you into Maynard last week, that went well. Couldn’t even find him most of the day, lucky to get to 59 in the end. I did add him myself though as I was in the same situation. Could be worse I suppose, he is upright!
