Rounds 18-23 Trades Mega Thread

Potential Rd 18 Trades Options for me:

1. Shaw to Fisher/Scotland/Broughton to start on the field

2. Krak to Fyfe and put N.Riewoldt on the bench.

3. Didak to Ablett/Thomas and put J.Watson on the bench.

Was hoping to do option 1 last week and option 2 and 3 this week, but missed lock out by a matter of seconds which i've had all weekend to get over and i'm still not

Thoughts?

shaw to either newman,suckling?have got delidio,broughton,goddard,murphy,fischer,gibbs(heppell,watson,tape)
any other backman worth looking at?

Shaw to Suckling or maybe Broughton. Was burnt by Broughton at the start of the year so I'm leaning towards Suckling. Leaves me with 3 trades (getting very thin) and a forwardline that still needs improving.

Yes ... he plays in your backline But probably on par with the 2 other options your considering.

Shaw to Suckling or maybe Broughton. Was burnt by Broughton at the start of the year so I'm leaning towards Suckling. Leaves me with 3 trades (getting very thin) and a forwardline that still needs improving.

My concern with Broughton is that his midfield run might come to an end. Barlow won't start as the sub next week ...

Exactly right, and Mundy will probably be back around supercoach finals time as well. Broughton was just a thought as I was typing up the post, pretty set on Suckling.

no trades - safely made the finals now with 6 trades left.

will spend the next 3 weeks selling off the highest priced perma-benched and then those with byes in finals to allow a few upgrades during the finals.

Makes no difference, they have no byes left. If they're a high scoring player they've been doing it all year anyway.

Can either upgrade Green but the options arent great: Cloke, chapman or boomer.

Or i can upgrade heppel to either Gibbs or Suckling? I prefer Gibbs but im wondering if his bye in the pre-lim is a risk worth takingg.

Any thoughts?

Pendlebury Rested this week????

Any chance of Pendlebury being rested this week after coming off a heavy knock to the shoulder and Collingwood going up against the Gold Coast??

Mick also mentioned a couple of weeks back prior to Arizona, that ideally they would like to give all players a rest before the end of the season.

No trades for me this week. Which is good because I'm going to be in Vietnam for work so god knows whether I'll have SC access.

I'd think that the status of Pendelbury (current highest scoring, highest average) in Supercoach, along with the fact that it is the second league game before finals means that it deserves it's own thread.

Its easier to access the internet in vietnam then australia, there is free wifi everwhere. I think you will be right

I havent looked at all the break evens yet but you would think Krak will get his best score of the season this week. And Ablett has a massive break even. I would wait on that.
