Well I'm totally out of sorts to put 10 minutes straight together and get the team up, on phone with pharmacists all day trying to work out what the latest poison is some idiot doctor prescribed.

Any other Roys player can post one on my behalf.

So if anyone can stitch together a lineup for the Southern Dragons practice match that would be fantastic and just post it in the practice match thread

Copped a bit of a working over from the Dragons. Poor second term left us playing to hefty a level of catch-up footy.

Was disappointed in the number of players who spilt their chudshakes while contesting possessions.
