Maybe some Swamp thigh fillets with Swamp-englaise washed down with HaRoymbe's sweat juice?
Everything goes well with HaRoymbe's sweat juice. :thumbsu:

Need I remind you that HaRoymbe's sweat juice contains magical rejuvenating qualities, milked from the very fruits of the Great Gorilla's heavenly wings.
Sounds a bit like the red cordial Butler gives miggs every Thursday. Just when you think he's settled down a bit, he has a sip of that stuff and he can't keep still.

Sounds glorious! Perhaps Butler can give me a sample?
Unfortunately he only works on Thursdays this season, lazy flog! Seems to still be resting on the laurels of the Butler of the year award we gave him at the best and fairest last season.

I'm ready to fire. We have to win today so even by a point will do.

It seems that MannumPower and Papa Juggs have settled into the Roy way.

Big recruits who haven't been out of their rooms yet.

Go take a long walk off a short pier. I don't have to defend myself to you.

Fellow Roys and Swamprats.
Today we play today in honour of the late, great Fatty Lumpkin. A pioneer of the SFA, Fatty played 182 games over 12 seasons with the Roys and was a member of the S4 premiership team. Fatty captained the Roys, led it's goalkicking and was an all round champion Roy. He swapped the Maroon and Gorilla for the Swampies where he also won All-SFA selection in S9. Fatty was a staple player for the Roys, prolific, humourous and easy to befriend. He swapped back to the Roys, and eventually retired in Season 16.
Most old players in the league will know the name, although he may be a mystery and an enigma to many of the newer arrivals.

The Captains of the Roys and the Swamprats remember Fatty as a true gentleman of the game, who embraced and sculptured the essence of the SFA. We ask all who play today to participate in the spirit of fun, friendship and fair play that is Fatty Lumpkin's legacy.

At the conclusion of the match, both Captains will name a player from the opposing team who embodied these qualities, and these two players will be joint winners of the Fatty Lumpkin Medal

Vale FattyLumpkin. Very friendly bloke both on and off the fantasy footy field. A champion Roy from the golden era, and a major building block of the Roys history. And A Swampie who burned bright in his short time for the Rats.

never again.....................hungover

I'm hearing ya.

This hangover would be right up there with the worst I've had. Interesting night though, went out on the town and ended up giving my jocks to some old duck. I'm not shitting you either, it actually happened.

You do actually.
You whore yourself out to clubs stating how good you are and have been nothing but a letdown.
You left the Wolves, but you should have stayed. You'd match their current output this season easily.

Also, game day bitches

Games day, kiddos.

Could the Roys please turn on the hot water in the showers?

There isn't any hot water in the visitors showers to turn on. We're broke remember.

Juggs hasn't been a letdown. Juggs has been a great addition to the Roys team.
The whole mantra of the Roys is to post when you feel like, don't force yourself to do it.
A number of players have come here simply to remove the weight of expectation that comes with some teams and to rediscover their enjoyment.
Most feel revitalized. Some do realize that the SFA isn't for them anymore which is the way things go.

And yes, it is Game Day. Bastard.
