Off the food for a bit.

Things that annoy you:

When you let someone in while driving and they don't have the decency to give you the "thanks" wave. You only have to raise your arm 50cm, a-hole.

Shaking anyones hands. I hate it. The amount of times I have been in a toilet at a restaurant or something and seen a male have a slash at a urinal then just walk out. Filth. Sometimes I give them a look and they then decide to wash their hands. I'm just glad they don't see it as some "other" gesture.
I live for the thanks wave too. Same story when someone is given a car park slot despite getting there at the same time or a little later than I did ..

Gross. And yeah I was never big on handshaking either outside of interviews. Prefer a wave from a distance . Covid has been good for that!

The ebook was recorded by Chipmunk who does a hillarious Moose impersonation

I love how this book has become a best seller, he even attends book signings:

That's the least of my male public toilet woes. Plenty more to share.

I don't believe for an instant that the ladies are much more civilised. What's the deal at airports? The ladies toilet line is always out the door, the men’s isn't. I have had female travel companions who have just decided to use the men’s as they don't want to wait.

I don't think that would work the other way around. Though I have done it myself accidentally a couple of times. I just stayed in the cubicle until I could make a discrete exit.

Don't blame me, blame the ambiguous signage.

It’s not just an airport phenomenon (Subi oval was terrible for lines, Optus is a lot better but there’s still a difference ) but probably magnified at airports as it’s much more difficult to avoid using public toilets in the setting of travel than in other settings. I reckon it’s due to a combination of floor space (if equal space is dedicated to men’s and women’s toilets , there will be more people able to use the men‘s than women’s at any time than men‘s because tribals are space efficient ) , cultural stuff (I see other women use them for grooming) , biology (I don’t think I need to elaborate here …) and children (kids of both genders seem to use the women’s wit their mum until the boys are deemed old enough to go alone …) .

Yeah I’ve had female friends /relatives use the men’s too out of desperation but personally I’ve never done so .

Yeah I hate when people don't give me the wave. It kind of triggers me to give them my own sort of wave back.

By tribals do you mean urinals? I hate them and refuse to use them.

The splash back is insane. I had to keep stepping further and further back to avoid it.

Except once when I was in Munich. I was having a mild slash at a urinal and all of a sudden some cleaner was mopping around me. I wasn't making a mess but I though "slash in peace". Leave me alone.

Once I finished and was washing my hands I realised it was a female cleaner. I think that's normal in Europe. Unisex and all that.

Lol yeah didn’t even notice that. Silly phone autocorrect - must’ve typoed urinals or my phone knows I‘ve been watching /playing too much survivor . and yeah if female urinals were a mainstream thing I wouldn’t go near them either

Seen a male cleaner at the work change rooms but only after double checking that no checking that nobody was in there , in the middle of the night

NO!

No, they aren't.

Well, they're not under 40, but it feels wrong saying it like that. And they're not known for their performing arts.

Between 41 and 60? (Inclusive of 41 and 60)
From the African continent?

Mate, trust me.
I did. And it was a thing.

Actually more than one thing, per say, but it all melded into one by the end.
That's crazy.
