Rumour SA club draft tampering?

My mail is that Francou has become increasingly salty as **** with the Cows not releasing his from his contract and allowing him to join Dew at GCS's and is spilling his guts to whoever will listen.

Apparently, he has made it clear to GCS's that the Cows have and are orchestrating Rankins interview tanking and narrative around him requesting a trade back home asap.

I’m not sure what the punishment on an ex assistant would be for knowledge of draft tempering, is always club punishments. If he brought it to the attention of the AFL he’d probably have no AFL sanctioned punishment.

He’s pretty dirty in the club, he has walked out due to the preseason camp and not wanting to work with the club and players. If the club won’t let him join another club why would he look after them and keep quite ? Maintaining the integrity of the compatition.

Interesting as the rumours of Rankine and his interview long outdated the talk of AFL looking into draft tampering.

Time will tell, don’t expect much to come from it at this point.

In this hypothetical scenario Francou would just say he left in protest against this sort of tactics and was telling people because he was of such high integrity that he wanted it to get out and justice and fairness to prevail

Hard to delete emails cached or otherwise saved ad-hoc on the client side when your employer allows BYOD. Not that I know anything about the Cows’ IT practices.

So the word of a disgruntled former employee might be enough to launch an investigation, at which point the contents of the personal laptop become subject to disclosure and someone’s employment contract duty-to-delete is trumped. So to speak.

It’s mostly all in the timing... and in the competence of the Integrity unit... and in the “integrity” of the high level directions they receive.
