Shit take imo. I turn up every week to support the players. Same thing I did every week from from 2008 to 2011. Get off the high horse. I can want Ken gone, and I have strongly voiced this opinion to the club several times, and still support my team.
Problem is the club doesn't care about your opinion, they only care about your money and your contributions to attendance figures, and you're still giving it to them.

Hinkley was hoping like hell that the loss would be swept under the carpet and quickly forgotten. I’ve been pleasantly surprised by the amount of flack he’s copped in the media including the Vic media. And the attacks have continued this morning.

He’ll be hating the criticism because he’s mentally fragile. And he’s powerless to turn things around. He’ll tinker around the edges but nothing will fundamentally change.

Hinkley is his own worst enemy.

Koch keeping this spud is an indictment against hinkly and the entire PAFC he is the biggest problem here he is systematically destroying both, the man is disgracefully incompetent

He should be sacked just because of his messaging to the fans via the media. In his last 2 post game press conferences we have heard

"I don't know all their players very well"
"we are losing because the other teams are better than us"

has absolutely no idea on how to turn it around

"What went wrong today ken?"

"Ahhhh durrrrrr... Scratches nutsack da other team kick more goals and behinds den us"

Used the term "a fickle supporter base"

Where have I heard that before?
So this is where someone like Ginever, Tredrea, Jack Cahill, Darren Cahill, Wanganeen needs to speak out strongly, call both Cornes out and directly rebut against the so-called fickleness of our supporter base.

It's incredible that Chris Davies has.come.out protecting Hinkley trying to say the list isn't good enough. That's a nice way of saying "heck you" to list manager Jason Cripps who is universally regarded as one of, if not the best at his craft in the entire competition.

Tell me, if Ratugolea and BZT are so underwhelming, please tell me who would flourish in Hinkley's high press defensive system? You could put prime Matty Scarlett and Mal Michael down back there and they'd still leak goals like a sieve because once the ball gets out the back it's essentially a Joe the Goose commencing from the half way line.

Having those key defensive additions this year should have allowed the gameplan to be one where they could sit a bit further back and not press so high that the defenders are screwed the moment it gets into the D50 quickly.

We saw early in the year when the midfield dominates (which it will against most bad sides) that the tall timber down back absolutely mauls their Oppo. And that's because they could set up a kick behind the ball and in essence, create a wall. But the moment the ball comes in quickly and you expose those tall lumbering men in acres of space, of course they have no chance!

It is astounding that Ken is so unwilling to change tact when it's clearly not working. Then again, maybe I shouldn't be so surprised considering I know the answer! They just have to work harder 🤬.

I've never been a boo-ing person.
Never sought to lower myself to that level.
I still want Ken gone. Should have happened at the end of 2017, but here we are!
The club are embarrassing themselves and their supporters, and a new coach is needed sooner rather than later.
Among several other things that need to occur.
But yeah, boo-ing is for Neanderthals.
Shove that behaviour up your clacker sideways.
Rubbish. The club has shown themselves to be completely unreceptive to anything the supporters have to say. We’ve been totally dismissed.

More than that, they seem to delight in gaslighting and punching down on us, backed by attack dog mouthpieces in the media.

Well they finally got the message loud and clear yesterday, and so did the entire footy world because those “toxic” scenes got beamed around the country.

Mission accomplished.

Heads up for you guys, I rarely watch FC but may very will tune in tonight.

Has there ever been this much coverage about Ken's future being in such doubt? Even in 2022 when fans wanted Ken gone there wasn't so much coverage but rather satirical takes from all the shock jocks saying how absurd the fans were. Seems like the media are not necessarily contributing to the pile on, but they're not dismissing it and are rather bringing it to the forefront of everyone's attention.

And quite frankly if the Club wanted to stop the pile on they would have Cos Cardone flex his muscle at C9 and David has enough connections at C7 to shut them both up which would end it in an instant.

Chris Davies is responsible - directly and indirectly - for the list. And the coaching, yes, but each part of the formulation of the list would be directed by or approved by him. And all of the staff that do the details report to him. So again, it's his responsibility.

Sorry for the intrusion, but shit like this winds me up. He is responsible for the performance of the football side and the club and it's people. He seems to be of the view that supporting Hinkley is his main role and he's clearly prepared to throw others also under his directive under the bus for Ken's reputation.

That's busted shit.

No coach will survive for much longer than than the crap Kern copped on the weekend.

If nothing else, the spineless board members of the PAFC (who ticked off on Kern's unwarranted extension last year) will agree to dumping Ken, even if in order to save their own spineless hides.

Once an agreement of a payout with your club and Kern can be reached, Hinkley will go..

But you should be encouraged greatly that the end is nigh. Ken is definitely a dead coach walking, only a matter of when, not if.

Given previous coaches in the system like Michael Voss and Brad Scott are having success at their new clubs, I think Nathan Buckley would be my obvious choice as Kern's successor.

Regardless Kern is done. In his heart I suspect he knows it too.
The AFL own Port and will not agree to forking out cash to sack the coach.

Agree, Matty Scarlett and Mal Michael down back would not have helped us but Ken doesn't seems to have a plan B where hitting a few levers like man-on-man instead of zone defence would have helped.

Kane on Dustin Martin: “Just RETIRE. You are WASHED. Leave mid season! Forget your milestone game, just go and don’t come back.”

Kane on Ken Hinkley: “He will know when it’s time to go :) Don’t worry about him :) He will let us know :)
The guys a troll just like his relatives. That family should be banished from PA forever.
