I dunno, it feels different this year as it's the last roll of the dice for this group. We'll have to find some key position players to go with the core young guys we have so it's a different mind set going into finals, much like 04. If we can get over the hump why can't we win it this year? At least I'll reserve going full nuclear melt until final results are in but maintain an absolute disappointment in going early for no reason.

I’ve sat opposite tarps on cold wet days at Pleuracy Park. I donated more than I could afford when the club was on its bones. I’ve attended come rain or shine when thousands of you didn’t. I’ve donated 1000s of hours of my time to the club.

I crave success more than almost all of you. I don’t see Ken as the anti-Christ. I see a squad growing into a serious premiership contender now and for the next 5-8 years.

It would be an absurd call to ditch Ken now. He has built a squad that can compete with them all and is younger and more exciting than all.

He’s on a short leash. Anyone with half a brain and who is capable of completing their 5 yo’s Join The Dots can work out this is his last contract:

Another 2 years of saving money on my previous 2 memberships! I'd held out hope that with Carr coaching this year the charade would finally end, but the farce will continue. This club is so far away from the one I started supporting in the 1970s I despair of ever recapturing the euphoria it once engendered. Sad, so sad.
