Wow. This is amazing. You'd think that to get 42 possessions you'd have to play a full game. Not for Scott Thompson, he does it with a quarter to spare. On track to break the record of 53, set in 1989 by Greg Williams.

He is a freak, he'll get a touch in the back fifty and then follow it down and get the entry into the forward fifty. His delivery to our forwards has been lace out.

We dropped the ball trading him D: Even though he wanted to go home, the draft pick we got for him (#13 in a weak draft) was definitely unders. And then we stuffed up picking Matthew Bate.

Should have fought harder for him. Would be an ideal captain and star player for us right now.

What are you on about? We had no choice, he wanted to go back to Adelaide. And the pick we got for him we on traded to Geelong for Moloney. Nobody wanted to see Thompson leave, but we did the best we could.
